After receiving a faulty Silkwave, I e-mailed customer service & everything sorted very efficiently! Received a replacement and working perfectly.

I have problems doing my hair due to a health condition and this is a god send so easy to use and lovely curls. Quick delivery too.

Iv never been able to curl my hair before but oh wow I love the silk wave curler, its so easy to use and my curls look so pretty. I have alot of thick hair and it can curl all of it in one charge so I'm very impressed. I would definitely recommend this!

One of the best on line companies I have shopped with , one simple email to customer services and the problem I had was dealt with within a few days , so pleasant and friendly and a new replacement was sent out to me straight away , would definitely shop with this company again , just wish all the other on-line companies was so easy to speak to , from a more than happy customer

I ordered a curler for my daughter for christmas & she loved it, she used it once, put it away & when she wanted to use it again it wouldn't work. I contacted them ; they have arranged for a new one to be sent straight out, excellent customer service & kept me up to date with what they were doing!

Honestly the best hair curling tool! No burning your fingers, and it’s so quick and easy to use, it beeps to tell you when you take it off to give you the most perfect curls! I honestly recommend this to everyone!!

Fabulous customer service from start to finish. The product arrived in about 7 days, which was fine and it came packaged really well. I followed the instructions and ensured it was fully charged. To be honest I thought it would be another gimmick, but I was pleasantly surprised. My hair curled wonderfully and effortlessly and I found it much easier than using straightening irons. I am so happy with the curlers and highly recommend them. I have just below shoulder length colour damaged hair and it left my curls so light weight and bouncy, it also left them super soft.

I ordered the product on 27/11/20. I got another email on the 1/1/20 asking me to review the product that I had not yet received. I emailed customer services about this and told them of my disappointment of not yet having received my order. I got a very prompt and satisfactory email back explaining to me why the delivery of the product was taking so long, along with an apology and very generous compensation for the product being delayed. Brilliant customer service! Can't fault them. My product arrived today. Looks good, easy to use. Would definitely recommend!

There is no problem with the product, it is the company. I ordered the product on the 11th of December thinking there would be enough time for them to get the product out to me, but no it got dispatched the following day and I received it on the 7th of January. I had been in contact and there was no apology there was no explanation, I just got told they were busy. I would not advise anyone to use this company Awful service very ignorant.

Received my curler ! Curled one side of my hair then nothing !! Curler barrel stopped working.
Contacted Silkwave and great customer service ( can’t fault them ).
New curler arrived and yet again curler barrel doesn’t work.
It would be a fantastic product if it actually worked

Received the curler after Christmas even though it was ordered 14 day's before. Charged the unit and to my disappointment found the unit to be faulty, the curler barrel does not go round hence the hair is not taken up to make curls.
Customer service does not exist, called the advertised number which goes through to an automated system saying email your complaint. Still waiting after 3 day's for a response to my email with a resolve.
Very, very disappointed wouldn't recommend the company to anyone unless you are lucky enough not to have a problem.

Couldn’t be without these curlers now, I’m absolutely in love with them.

You can control the heat with a simple clock of the button and by holding down another button the machine pulls your hair into curl. The product does it all itself which means you don’t need to wrap your hair around a wand and it beeps when you can then release your hair from the machine. The product is small so easy to travel with and just overall aesthetically pleasing too.

If your anything like me I'm always sceptical buying off sites,received my silkwave 4/1/21 and I absolutely love it as an hairdresser myself I am well impressed how lovely the curl it produces,its a smart little bit of kit to have.👍👍

I received my silkwave curler in December 2020 and it has honestly been the most amazing product - I am addicted!
After every use, I truly feel like I’ve been to the hairdressers for a bouncy blow dry! I get so many compliments on the style and it keeps my hair looking & feeling so healthy. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to curl their hair quickly and easily. I love it!

I received my silk wave curler yesterday and am delighted with it. It gives curls I’m normally only able to achieve with a salon visit. Absolutely delighted with the silk wave. I ordered this for my granddaughters birthday, unfortunately when it arrived the on/off button was not working I emailed valeria who was very prompt responding to my email and sent me a replacement out straight away fantastic customer service and know she has got it they are fantastic and easy to use she is only 9 years old and can manage to curl her own hair

Had a problem with product not charging. Got in touch with them and my problem was dealt with fast and efficiently by Valeria. Can't fault the service.

The product itself is really easy to use and gives a lovely curl - my hair is shoulder length with long layers. I've tried curling with hot iron and straightners but this is by far the easiest and fastest. Unfortunately when my curler arrived it was faulty as not holding the charge. Customer services were fantastic and I even received email correspondence from them on Christmas Day only an hour or two after initially contacting them. I was happy with a replacement rather than a refund and they sorted this within 2 days. Very pleased 😀
