Purchased a pair of schnauzer earrings as I had lost one of a pair my daughter bought me as a present. My daughter found the missing earring and I was able to return my earings - unworn - and exchange for a pretty little silver/opal ring. It's a great fit and it has been admired by friends and family. I was impressed that Silverrain were willing to exchange or refund and the process to purchase the new ring, which was a different price was very simple. I would definitely purchase from them again. Their jewellery is pretty and affordable

I came across the website through a FB add. Wanted to purchase new earings to start building a stack. The variety was incredible. Silver, gold & rose gold. Purchased 2 sets of small hoops and a pair of pearl studs in rose gold. They arrived in about 2 to 3 days of ordering and they are so beautiful, dainty & feminine, stunning peices. Having my 3rd lobe and a helix pierce next week and can't wait to wear the pearl studs but need to be more patient with the helix. I will definitely be purchasing from silver rain again.

I have purchased a few items from silverrainsilver over the past 12 months.
My most recent purchase was swift, but sadly a small piece broke after 6 weeks. Despite this, the customer service team (Priscilla) have been fantastic. She was quick to respond, had a friendly tone with the emails and reassured me about the warranty process. It is lovely to know that my item will be replaced without charge to myself.
For a small company I am impressed with their service and will continue to buy from them and recommend to others.

I bought a pair of gold plated opal drop earrings from Silver Rain earlier this year, actually as a birthday present to myself.
I have worn them constantly since then and have had no irritation from them at all, which is rare and love the lobster claw type clip.

The other day I noticed that one of the opals had fallen out of the dangle charm so I contacted their customer care to ask about a replacement. I got a reply the same day saying they would replace it. I expected to receive a new charm in the post but instead I got a new set of earrings. Would like to thank the customer care team and highly recommend them. I will be placing more orders.

Lovely earrings, but the fastening on the Huggie earrings was not brilliant, and resulted in me losing a charm. When I attempted to source a replacement, I was advised I would need to purchase a pair at a cost close to the amount for the actual earrings. Shame as the products are great, and I would have pointed several friends and family to their website if there'd been a little more customer-focus service.

I have bought several pairs of earrings from this company, my favourite are the little terrier dogs, and the enamel maple 🍁 leaves.They are comfortable to wear and I wear them to bed with no issues. My daughter has absolutely loved her first pair we bought from here after battling with lots of bumps on a new piercing.
We are now on to our second delivery of silver goodies and they are beautiful. Fiddly to put in but worth it to give maximum comfort they have not caused any irritation so very happy. Looking forward to buying lots more for her

The service is just perfect. Quick delivery always. The jewellery is always very well protected and nicely presented, and opening them always brings a little joy to the recipient.

The earings we have ordered are beautiful. Colleagues and friends comment on them, and my wife enjoys wearing them.

We had cause to contact customer support as we lost an earing and I wondered if single earings could be bought, and without hesitation a replacement pair was offered free of charge with our next order. An amazing gesture.

My wife has previously had issue with other brand of earings causing irritation after an hour or so of wearing them, but can wear these. Silver or gold.all day without any problems.

I've purchased from Silver Rain Silver three times (twice for me and once for a friend).

I've been super happy with the earrings I received. They were tiny robin studs in silver with rose gold breast in 2024, and my second order was rose gold pomeranian studs bought in December 2025. Each order came in a dark blue velvety type pouch.

The third order (December 2025) was delivered directly to the recipient and I was able to purchase a gift box for a more personal touch.

There are 100s and 100s of designs, styles and colours. I think there is something for everybody!

Had to contact customer service due to an issue where my delivery address had defaulted to some random one which was invalid.
Spencer was amazing, he sorted the issue out and despite it not being anyone’s fault, just some glitch in the system, has shipped the order out again which should hopefully arrive before Christmas. Silver Rain will now be my go-to for gifts though I’ll be keeping a close eye on the shipping details. Thank you all and Merry Christmas.
