Traveled to China last month and purchased this. The physical number really helps. I needed it to book museum tickets and Didi ride, things that are almost impossible without a local number. The pickup at Shanghai airport was quick, and the VPN worked perfectly to access Google and Instagram. Highly recommend!

I didn't get a Chinese phone number with the simm so it was a waste of money.

I used the SIM card for three weeks so far no problem.

The sim card they gave me was a China Mobile one, instead of a Nihao Mobile one. At least it's working, but I had to spend time finding out why I could not access Nihao app.

If arriving late in guangzhou its hard to find and located in departure hall.
When we arrived we had pre ordered 3 sim but they only had 2 ready. Claimed not to have our order yet when she showed her phone it was on there.
Process took about 25 minutes to be given 3 sim card. They didn't even install.
The vpn they provide didn't work for any of us. Luckily we had a back up vpn

I had a terrible experience with this company. The SIM card did not work as promised, the VPN was not installed despite being included in the purchase, and the staff at the counter refused to help. I could not access my apps, email, or payments during my trip, which caused a lot of problems. I contacted customer service, but they never provided a solution. Very disappointing and negligent service.

I have not got anything against my money, had to buy new card when arrived. On my email with my complaints have not got answer.

"Unfortunately, the SIM card was not ready upon our arrival, contrary to what was indicated on the website. To make matters worse, we were initially redirected elsewhere. We had to insist and present all our email exchanges before the issue was addressed. Once this was clarified, the staff were very helpful, although the process on site turned out to be rather time-consuming

The customer support and data coverage is impressive indeed! However, during the last 2 days the VPN stopped working and this has caused unnecessary stressful experience. Despite reaching out over to them in regard to this problem, no answer was obtained

Physical SIM was delivered to hotel in time and worked perfectly. VPN had to be re-installed a few times, but also worked as described. E-SIM worked perfectly.

Reply very fast to my concern. Troubleshoot problems if arise. Internet is fast and reliable, price is fair. With a physical number, you can contact ,send message and even register for your attractions. Big thunbs up

After arriving at the airport, they told me that they couldn't find my order and hence cannot provide me my simcard, turn out that it's an error on their part, they have set the pick up location wrong and hence could not find my order in the system.

We arrive at 7am in the morning, finally getting the simcard at 8am, activate it in the store but failed, we keep trying over and over again until the person at the counter told us that the simcard activation will only be manually approved at 9am when customer service start working. This is radiculous, there were no information on the website that inform us that we needed to wait until a certain time to activate the simcard. It is really incovenient for people who has their plane arriving way before 9am.

Thirdly, their number just made our experience in china so much worse. App like meituan, alipay and taobao are unusable as the app recognise the number as fraud as they have been reused too many times. Being unable to log into app, purchasing items and ordering food delivery, it has made our days in china really hard to bear.

Overall, i will not recommend this simcard and suggest you to choose other roaming method if you are travelling to China.

Very good services ! Provided Internet and VPN are fast, reliable, and it's easy to find the Sim Card counter at Shanghai airport. Ordered my SIM card at the last minute, less than one day before my arrival, and still everything went as planned. Very good customer services, helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommended !
