The quality of the costumes from here, especially the newer creations, are a massive improvement over similar cosplay providers. Yes, the shipping takes awhile, but they tell you this up front. I've never been let down by their sizing charts either as long as you measure yourself correctly.

I should have read the reviews. It took a month to receive my Spider-Man outfit for my son’s birthday. Costume smells like spray paint and mask has a rip in it. Can’t return. Out $120

We needed a Supergirl costume from the latest movie in 7 days for Comic-con and Simcosplay was the only site who could possibly do it in time. With some nervousness we bought a ready to ship late Sunday and got it in Illinois on Saturday! The costume fit and quality were excellent, above-par.

I'm a Deadpool fan and wanted a movie prop realistic costume. Simcosplay delivered. I chose the tailored option and sent them all my measurements, 4 weeks later my custom suit arrived, and fits perfect. It looks amazing!!!

I have made multiple orders from Simcosplay. Each time they delivered a beautiful product as quickly as i couldve hoped for. The newest Doctor Doom costume came in the mail and it blew me away. These guys are absolute pros. I will be a customer for life and recommended to anyone.

I Have ordered the spiderman costume. I had choosen the fast delivery and received it fast (faster as i tought). Great communication with employees.
The spiderman suit fits as a great and children enjoy of the costume i wear.
I will order more from this store when having the money for more suits!

Took more than 2 weeks to arrive, then when it did, they sent the wrong costume. I had to return the incorrect costume to get a refund, and the return shipping was $32 to ship to China. I still have yet to receive the refund so I’m working with PayPal.

Costly costume, looks like described and what I ordered but the costume stitching and glueing is poorly done. Make sure you check the sizing of the foot pads they offer with it, mine were not the right size and customer service were no help so I had to do my item modifications after spending over $100

Paid for rush shipping & then discovered 3 days before halloween there are no rish shipping to my country. It's the day before halloween & I don't have a costume.

Waited a whole month for my Anakin Skywalker costume. It finally showed up just in time for Halloween… if only it actually fit a human being.
The sizing is laughable, the seams are all over the place, and it ripped the moment I tried to take it off. When I reached out, customer service basically said, “Too bad, no returns.”
So yeah… the Force was strong with the disappointment on this one. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re cosplaying as Frustrated Customer #1.

suit didn’t fit, tailoring was terrible, they refused to exchange or return and their policy is very unclear as they seem to not understand what the word “besides” means

I ordered a Batman 2022 cosplay and everything looked okay except the gauntlet silber pieces which I could tell was just 3d printed garbage. When I asked for a return the seller asked me to commit mail and customs fraud by telling customs it is only a $20.00 item and not a $300.00 batsuit. Don't buy from sim cosplay.

They will not return your shipping costs either!!!!

I sent in custom measurements for a costume and it got every piece wrong. It also sent the wrong shoe size. Sent 11s when I ordered 14. On top of that the quality was not up to its price tag

And now let’s talk about how bad the customer service is. They repeatedly lied and delayed and now when I talk to pay pal they are making bogus requests to try and beat paying to fix the costume

Bought the Obi Wan cosplay & arrived after a week or something. They also responded fast, good website 👍

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I ordered two costumes and both measurements fell well within their size guide. When I got the costumes, the 1st BARELY filted my son when in fact it should of been too big. As for mine, Unless your were anorexic, not a chance was I going to fit into it. Even the boots were supposed to be a US 11 but were more like a US 8. Was told I could return but at my own expense. Returns cost me over €100 and then they said they never received the package. Thank God I used PayPal and I showed my proof of postage and all email correspondence with this SCAM CHINESE site. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPAMY and if you do, be sure to use PAYPAL.

We purchased a $129 "deluxe" costume from them with shoes and wig as separate items. The costume they sent was constructed terribly, and they did not respond well when I called to get help. They only sewed on one half of several snaps, several seams broke open when trying it on (it was not too small), a piece that goes from hip to hip was cut too small for any adult and didn't line up with the snaps for it, side panels didn't line up and there were a number of decorative elements that fell right off since they had been hot glued to the costume. They offered to send extra snaps and give a very small partial refund and they never sent either. To have something for my daughter to wear for her convention, I had to re-sew seams, add stabilizing material to the inside and reattach decorations. This company is a pass - pick someone else.

My daughter purchased a cosplay for over $250 expecting great quality. It was made with super cheap quality (she has since bought one for $100 from Amazon that used actual cloth and metal).

They do not honor a true return, as they do not help provide a return shipping label. We are seeing over $150 shipping prices to return this product, which means we ARE NOT getting our money back.

This website is a SCAM as far as I'm concerned. Do not give them a cent.

Further to previous reviews.. I had infact needed to send back goods because they did NOT make the suit to my measurements.. they are very dodgy 🔺️🔺️🔺️ phone number does not work and they may operate as simcosplay but their known as well perfect pay on paypal..

also to be cautious they DONT provide a full correct order form IE with contact details etc just a mere piece of paper with words stating what was ordered with an image.. so paypal case was opened where I provided everything correctly

still to this date they don't apolgise to customers at all & its left me very angry at them to take money which i now have to wait to get back from paypal for another week (they have made zero attempts to respond to open paypal case) because while the return sits in china customs they know fully well they as a company may have fees to pay & the return address given they would be contact there to pay it since they don't have a working phone number

AVOID if looming for tailored suits and they make them wrong!!!

Recently i bought a deadpool 3 suit for halloween with boots after 1 week it was shiped and then after 1 and half week it came to germany. When i asked them if it was shiped to germany they replied within 24 hours. When it came it was the exact size and very high quality.
If someone wants a good deadpool suit simcosplay is good site.
