We have used Simon Archer for the last 10 years. Very accommodating and efficient.

Simon and Chriis changed a faulty shower and bath tap unit over the Christmas period. Good job, prompt service.

Been having a lot of trouble with downstairs loo, but after several attempts of trying to resolve the problem, a complete new cistern was installed and that seemed to be the answer. Having trouble with my showers leaking,but as I’m under warranty I will contact the company for an engineer to call. Simon and Chris are very helpful and have always tried to solve the problem for me..Would always recommend them

I have used Simon Archer for many years and Simon was on hand when my old boiler finally died last week. They booked me in as soon as they could and have now fitted a new one. Always a friendly professional service. Reliable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

excellent service came out the same day and fixed my radiator, fast efficient repair no mess , have been using Simon Archer for 12 years and haven’t let me down in all that time

I have only used this company for a few years but I have to say I am very happy with them. They send you a reminder as to when your service is due…when you call to make an appointment it is all handled very swiftly and courteously. You can set up an appointment on line as well but I prefer the phone . You are then given a time slot and the engineer in my case has always been punctual. They are very professional and know their stuff. I will be continuing to use this company as I am confident in their service.

Great service, lve used Simon for a lot of years now, from fitting a new boiler to servicing and fault finding, nothing to much trouble. Chris always on time and ready to answer any question l might have. Highly recommend this company.

Replaced a broken stopcock and some taps. Friendly plumber did the work without problems. The new equipment looks good and works well. I had no mess to clear up.

An amazing company that we have used for many years . The quality of workmanship is second to none and they are totally committed to making sure they supply exactly what you want. There is no need to fear anything going wrong after the job is completed as Simon will arrive 'post haste' to sort out any problems.
