If i have the correct company aka parking 4 u/ nationwide, I booked for Bristol airport as it was 'meet and greet' and at £59.99 was the cheapest by about £10. What they dont tell you is that you have to pay both short term stay tickets at £3.50 each. We discovered that several others also hadn't been informed. This means they are pretty much not competitive
It doesn't end here. When we first called up on arrival it took a while to get hold of them. English is certainly not their first language and we were told to look out for 'the black man' while we pay the first extra £3.50. In fact it was an Asian man so not sure what that was about ! :)
So on the night before we were due to come home, or rather, early hours, I had 2 missed calls at around 5am Greek time which i later discovered was them. Didnt get back to sleep for my alarm at 8am.
On arrival back at Bristol, we called the number and again couldn't really discern what they were saying but the gist of it was - when they tried to start the car oddly at 3am UK time, the battery was flat. Incidentally the car has no battery problem. It transpired that they had left the lights on the whole week. He told us to walk down to row 7 short stay, and wait. He was over half an hour, with no apology. They could at least have offered to pay the ticket.
Several others were there experiencing similarly unprofessional treatment, including two older ladies who had to lug 3 large cases up to the airport as they were under the impression it was 'meet and greet' by departures as it always was.
I would never use this company again. To be honest i don't trust its credentials at all. Use silver zone !
