Amazing products with great customer service to match
Absolutely great product which I've fallen in love with, not sure how I've lasted this long without a smart lock. Customer service were great in answering all of my queries and responded the same day.
If you buy any smart product this year, make sure it's a lock from Simpled!

Ordering went great and pleased with the price and the lock, but communications between ordering and delivery could improve, ie dispatch notice, tracking etc.
Also, the Live Chat is useless and no human will reply. Same goes for the online contact form, never got a reply

These smart locks are amazing.
i have 2 autistic children that are escape artists and cause havoc in rooms they shouldn’t be in. these smart locks are a game changer and let me have complete control over which rooms are entered.
the service is also fantastic. very reccomended.

Good products, and great service
I purchased my lock from Simpled around 9 months ago, and was impressed with the product itself which worked really efficiently, but particularly with the support I received in dealing with one or two issues I encountered during installation.
Roll forward to a few weeks ago, and unfortunately part of the lock started to work loose. On letting the company know they've worked with me to resolve this issue, including supplying a full replacement unit when a spare part was unable to be sourced. Really impressed, and would recommend.

Superb service when lock broke after 18 months
So, the true measure of product support always comes in how they respond when something goes wrong. Last week my smart lock broke after 18 months perfect use and would no longer lock. I called their support Monday morning, call was answered almost straight away and immediately owned. I provided a video of the issue and they arranged for a replacement lock to be sent out for next day delivery and which promptly arrived yesterday! Doesn't get better than that!

Excellent human contact with sales and support and simple to configure in app.
Looked at quite a few options for a smart lock on multilock composite front door. Simpled were only supplier I could reliably contact and get to speak to someone who was knowledgeable about their product.
Although it is sold as 'DIY' the 'Retrofit any door in 5 mins' is a touch optimistic on composite (GRP, steel and wood) doors, I used a local locksmith, who had no problems fitting the mechanical side of the install. Once registered with TTLock the setup was straightforward, also fitted a door sensor and WiFi gateway. App is on iPad and Samsung phone, works fine on both. Fingerprint setup easy, only thing to note is that passcodes default to 8 digits and you cannot edit the length in the app until been used once to unlock.
In summary, product is as described, really good to have fobs and emergency keys included.

Simpled double slimline multi point door lock.
Fitted the slime line double sided lock today. This will probably require you to have a little DiY confidence, however there are loads of online instruction videos available.
I had a couple of questions and contacted customer support. Steve couldn’t have been more helpful and my query was speedily dealt with.
I did buy the double lock which Locks from inside as well. Please note this means adding both locks in the app. This is simple, however not highlighted in the instructions.
As for the lock it is excellent and works very well. The set up within the app is very quick and easy and you will be up and running in no time.
Very happy with Simpled and look forward to watching the company develop. Nice to see a UK company providing such quality.

excellent support
Had some issues with trying to get a slimline lock installed in a 80mm depth door - it wasn’t clear when buying from Amazon that it exceeded the spec. Luckily there is an extended screw kit you can buy for £10 to fix that.
I had to drill an extra hole to allow the Comms and power cable to pass through the door - and in the process managed to break the connector.
This is why they get 5 stars from me. I contacted support, explained what happened and after some attempts to repair, they promptly sent a new lock to replace the broken one. It arrived next day.
Really excellent service - i had bought two locks, and after putting in the first one with my problems, the second one went in in 10 mins.

Had the lock for over a year now
Had the lock for over a year now, works great! We just use fingerprints (but you can use fobs or passcodes easily too)
Hub works great so get notified when family members unlock the door.
Handle was wobbly this week but now sorted - had to dismantle and tighten with allan key

Simply outstanding product
Having an autistic child whom loves to escape, I can truly say the double sided smart lock is an outstanding product. I feel safe in the knowledge my child is securely protected along with my property. Installation was a breeze really ( youtube ) and customer service is just top notch.

All in all, an excellent product
All in all, an excellent product. Installation was fairly easy, although drilling a hole for the battery wire in my nice new door was a bit nerve-racking (not hard, just scary)! Customer support, although I needed only a little, was very good. I have had it for a couple of months now and it performs well.

I purchased a Simpled SF smart lock…
I purchased a Simpled SF smart lock which became faulty. I contacted Customer Services who talked me through want could have gone wrong. Being unable to solve the problem immediately sent a replacement part which cured the problem. Customer Service above and beyond. Highly recommend the Company and their Locks.

We've purchased 3 Simpled door locks now, they are well built and we are very happy with them. We did have to contact them separately to request a VAT invoice as these are not sent out automatically.
We had an issue with one of our orders going missing. I understand that this was outside of Simpled's control and down to the delivery company used, these things happen. When I raised this with support they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be shipped out straight away which arrived within a couple of days. Great service.
