Fantastic job
From start to finish. The office staff explained everything down to last details. They surveyed the property beforehand to make sure of a smooth transfer of heating systems. The two gas engineers went above and beyond to make sure my property and install was respected and carried out to the highest standard. I can't thank simply heating enough for a fantastic job. Thank you once again to all involved in the installation. Would definitely recommend to other people. Thank you

Had these guys come out and fit a boiler and cavity wall insulation at my parents house. The process to get qualified for the work was quick and easy - couple of letters to prove income and ownership of the property was enough.
I had the house surveyed the week later and 2 days after the work commenced.
We had a combi boiler fitted, the fans in the kitchen and bathroom, trickle vents on the windows and lastly the cavity wall insulation.
I was slightly apprehensive at the mess it all made but the lads were spot on. Took one full day to fit everything and cleaned all the areas at the end of the day.
We had an issue a couple of days later where the boiler lost pressure and I had a leak come out of nowhere. I called them up first thing and spoke to Gordon, he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, sent a different lad (Jonathan) and had the leak and boiler fixed. Gordon also came out to carry out a full inspection of what was fitted and was happy to sign it off. I was then made aware of the warranty with this company and was told to report any issues. Overall great experience and attention to details for my parents house. I felt they were in great hands. 10/10

We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Simple Heating starting from the girls in the office to the engineers who installed our boiler. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. As for the install the engineers were efficient and cleaned the area after all works were completed, they also took time to thoroughly explain how our new boiler and controls work making sure we were happy and confident with everything before leaving. The boiler itself runs smoothly and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Simple Heating.

10/10 from start to finish
Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The girls in the office reassured me when I was nervous due to reviews (I can only imagine these bad reviews come from Karen’s) and talked me through the whole thing start to finish!
The heating manager talked me through the technical side step by step and answered all my questions (sorry to ask so many, thank you) and the engineers are lovely! Turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and did a wonderful job! I don’t understand the bad reviews, my personal experience was 10/10 from the start right to the very end! Thank you Simple heating!

Great service from the guys who did our wall insulation on probably the hottest days of the summer. Plastering and boarding great. Tidying up after themselves every day. Professional, polite and friendly. Boiler fitted in a tight space with not easy access but they didn't moan, at least not to me! Was sceptical but would highly recommend.

Solid work - lads were sound and the install was impeccable. BUT some of the waste material thrown in my back garden and left on the front garden was disappointing- thorough follow up was good about radiator valves.

There is no accountability for the work. Ian and chris left gas pipe sticking 4'' above floor boards. drilled hole through wall shattered my bricks.We had to have an emergency plumber out, they crossed threaded a radiator valve which started to leak and lost boiler pressure, Boiler switched on whenever cold tap was used because pipes weren't secure. plumbers were friendly enough, but didn't care. They came from manchester to notts and did the work in one day. Once fitted your on your own with problems, Gordon the maintanace manager does no return your emails or phone calls.
this company is abusing this government scheme taking the money and run. (i would not recommend) theres nothing in life for free. and you only get 2yrs warrenty on your boiler, not 10 years when fitted by a private plumber, because they buy the boilers in bulk from there manufacturers

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. I have been left feeling that they used me to access grant money and that reputation or the customer is not important.
I had read the negative reviews but gave benefit of doubt to the individual circumstance. Unfortunately my experience followed a similar pattern highlighted. Firstly I must admit the girls on the phone are lovely and would give them 5/5.
The issue is with the engineering side and general communication / work. It is my opinion that they want quick and easy, time is money, quality and customer satisfaction are not a concern.
This is based upon my experience and may not reflect the company on the whole, yet take this as a warning.
Engineer provided great lip service when prompted, but little else. Drilled holes left gaping and not filled, didn't clean up debris if out of sight, breeze block and concrete as the outer wall of flue, minor damage to property not mentioned, carpets stained and not mentioned, expansion tank not removed, half the radiators not hanging on the wall brackets.... So a one day job took two days, yet a leak was detected. Tried to claim it existed prior to work, but contradicted himself by saying it passed the leak test at the start. Lip service said he would come back at the weekend. After two weeks of being messed about and then ghosted, I contacted the company. I didn't get to speak with the manager, but the following week when I chased again, I was told that the engineer had told them he would sort it at the weekend (I received no communication). Engineer then messaged and turned up a few days later, but wasn't able to resolve as I needed to create additional access under floorboards. The ignoring of messages repeated.
After three weeks I got another company out who resolved the issue in about an hour.
There has been no follow up from the company. There is no accountability for the work and it is down to yourself to chase. I feel aggrieved by the experience and felt compelled to write this as a warning. If the job is quick and simple without an issue, then they may do a competent job and you will be happy. If you have issues, you will not be supported.

Cannot believe the problems u have had…
Cannot believe the problems u have had abd why do they accept work that means workers have to travel over 3 hours to start the jobs,I have waited since last week for plumber to call and fix leaking valve ,when I phone I get told somebody will phone you later .I was left without gas for 5 days because they nicked the gas pipe while putting fan on kitchen wall ,I was told not to worry wall would be patched up which it eventually was but they have painted over it like they said.i would like a clerk if wires yo come and look at what they have left ,I am thinking about contacting watchdog
I have put 11th July as that was the date this nightmare started

We are very grateful for the hard work Roy did in our new home. Roy was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. We had a new boiler and a whole new heating system fitted. Throughout the whole job, Roy was respectful of our home and continued to tidy as he went. Thank you!

Poor workmanship leads to additional cost
If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. My 80+ year old mum had the company out to install a new boiler. All going well and they helped with grant funding. 1 week later, joints leaking, water damage on the ceilings below the old tank cupboard (moved to a combo boiler). Had to get an emergency plumber out yesterday who replaced properly all the paperwork joints upstairs. At a significant additional cost - the work couldn’t wait as water damage was significant.
UPDTAE: response from the company saying were following up. Then came back to mum saying it was an old cold water system and that was the cause. So mum has a leak left by this company who simply didn’t do the job properly. Absolutely garbage. AVOID

Great Service from start to finish
I would highly recommend Simple Heating Services to anyone wanting to upgrade their heating system. From first contact with the office the service from Simple Heating was first class. But a huge thank you to Ryan and Connor the fitters who came to our property this week to remove our old back boiler, original pipework, the two storage tanks in the loft and water cylinder as well as replacing 8 radiators. They were brilliant and so professional and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We are so happy with our new boiler and radiators so a very sincere thank you to everyone at Simple Heating.

Didn't get the guys name, but considering he was working alone he was brilliant, even though he was hampered with the shut off valve for the mains water he did everything without a (moan) considering what a very hot day it was
