I am so happy to be able to write this review because my experience has been incredible. I was looking for a specific tumble dryer and I had already chosen the company I was going buy it from - a very well known Appliance Online retailer ;). I had the dryer in my basket and then the very next day when I went to order, the price had shot up by £80! I contacted them about it and there was nothing they would do. So I shopped a bit more online and found Simple Home Appliances. Their price was considerably lower than even the sale price I had originally planned to pay. To be completely honest, I was very sceptical about it. But I went ahead and ordered knowing that I could use PayPal and be covered if I didn't receive anything.

I picked my delivery date (free delivery included) and had texts the very next day confirming the delivery date which eased my mind. I was kept informed about everything and even had a text with the delivery time window the day before.

The delivery arrived on time as promised. I even checked the model number straight away and all was well. When I contacted the company with a question, they replied quickly and were so very helpful. They really went above and beyond what I expected.

I've just used my brand new dryer today and it's perfect.

I cannot recommend Simple Home Appliances enough. I know this sounds too good to be true but this is my 100% honest experience with them. I wouldn't not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Simple is very efficient and they provide delivery and installation within a week from I ordered the Washer. They provide a very competitive price for that too. I am highly recommend Simple Home if buying home appliances.

Tumble dryer was much cheaper than other sellers, they turned up on time and took it straight to the kitchen

The dryer is perfect, brand new. The price was amazing as well.
The only downside is that we were promised a delivery date that we set up over a week earlier. When the delivery date came near, we were contacted and told it would be 5 days later, because we live in Northern Ireland. It seems that if we arranged delivery so far in advance, the company could have made the arrangements sooner and delivered when promised.

Amazing service and super quick delivery. Received the item within 2 days and the order was placed on a Saturday morning. The delivery arrived on the date selected and we were contacted prior to the delivery to let us know we were the next stop. Would highly recommend.
