We were fans, but .....
We used to rave about this company. However, a recent issue emerged that made us start to question their commitment. On the surface, and for the basics, their support is good. The challenge comes when there is a more in-depth problem that may even indicate there is an issue with their system - this is when matters start getting frayed around the edges.
The front-of-house support is well trained but anything more and we start to have a speed wobble.Our advice is; if you require different permission levels for staff leave approval then tread very carefully - there is an issue that compromises staff confidentiality that they seem unwilling to address.
