An actual bona fide seller of supplements. I have had some poor experiences buying supplements online, including recently getting some Alpha GPC on Amazon that was just bulking powder. But this seller... Voir plus

RESOLVED - Zero customer service, lost order
Placed my order, money taken, order confirmed and then nothing. Tried messaging twice to find out what was happening, no response. No idea if I’m going to get my order or if I’ll need to raise a case with PayPal. Can’t recommend, avoid.
Update- Since posting the company have been in contact and resolved the issue.

Hi there,
We are unable to identify your order from this review, so we can't verify your order or assist you with it. We are so sorry if you have had a negative experience and would like to be able to try to make it right. Can you contact us with more details?

Poor service
Poor delivery service to Northern Ireland.
Odd number of capsules in a container.
Passive aggressive emails from them telling me to take my business elsewhere, after I left a less than positive review.
Questionable experience with effectiveness of their supplements.
This is after 3 or 4 orders so I've tried them multiple times and based my experience across a number of months.

Dear Carl,
I am so sorry for this experience. I wish that you had got in touch with us about your order so we had the chance to sort this out for you, as we were not aware that there was a delay until now. In order to reach your address in Northern Ireland we had to use Yodel for your order, who are not our usual fulfilment. We will be back to our normal fulfilment now, including relatively fast speeds to NI.
Still we think this slowness is unacceptable. I am going to get in touch with you via email now.
Very best,
Rachel

In this instance, your inquiry to me was about a product from another brand, so I hope you cannot fault us for not stocking it!
Very best,

I've now used this company 3 or 4 times and my product has always arrived so I would say that the shipping is fast and you get your product right away!
The only downside to ordering from simple science is that the tracking has never worked and my order is always out in the open! Sometimes for days depending on where it is put!
Other than that the product I order is NMN with I have had no effect from as of yet! This is my 3rd month so I will give it a couple more and then think if I will carry on using!

Hi James! Thank you so much for your review of our products and service. We are so pleased that our express delivery is working well for you!
I'm so sorry that the courier has sometimes left it out in the open; whilst we do not conduct our own deliveries we do provide feedback to the couriers. I have written you an email to try to make up for this!
Very best,
Rachel
