A Great Choice for a New Recruitment Business
I had a really positive experience with Simplicity over the past year and a half.
Mike, our BDM, was brilliant from the start and was always accessible whenever we needed him. The onboarding process was detailed but, importantly, very simple and easy to use.
Payments were always sorted on time, and the factoring facility really helped with our cash flow during our first year of trading, which was particularly valuable as a new recruitment business.
I’ve now decided to move on as our clients are paying on the same day, so factoring is no longer something we need. That said, I’d have no hesitation recommending Simplicity
If you’re starting a new recruitment business and considering factoring, I’d definitely recommend having a conversation with them.

I was sceptical at first, with prior experience of factoring businesses, although the team at Simplicity have been ace! Efficient and supportive, from day one. Their patience and knowledge has been a huge help as a newbie to the world of running a business and everything that comes with it. Give them a go, you won't regret it.

We've only been with them for a month…
We've only been with them for a month or so, but Simplicity have, put simply, taken a huge amount of stress and anxiety out of our daily lives.
We're a small business, and every minute of the day counts. So when we're spending hours chasing invoices, that's time we could be using to earn money.
For the reassurance they've given us, they're worth every penny.
Their staff are really friendly and helpful too, which is a bonus!

Brilliant Partner for Solo Recruiters
Doing Technical Permanent recruitment without Simplicity would be like doing it without LinkedIn for me.
I have a brilliant day to day experience and the service they offer itself eliminates the need for me to do much on the back office side and keeps my cashflow manageable. Prior to Simplicity I had tried others that simply don't understand the recruitment world.
The systems they have in place works brilliantly and efficiently, if I've made a mistake, or if a client or candidate has, they're there to rectify it. They even admit their own occasional mistakes, always in good humour.

A great business
A great business, more of a partner. Simplicity have been at the core of our business growth. All of the staff; from onboarding in 2023 to all processing elements of the service team are fantastic, polite, composed, knowledgable and generally seem good human beings.
Our Account Manager Jo Lee has been key to this. Not everything in business goes right and not every process is perfect. Jo works relentlessly to understand a challenge from the clients perspective and not only solve it, try and use it for improvement for eveyone. Always calm and patient.

Positive experience with Simplicity
