Originally ordered wrong size but had very quick response from customer service who are arranging replacements to be dispatched,

Order not as expected,,definitely not worth the money. When it finally arrived.

Fast response with updates on my order. Friendly email messages to thank me and to keep me updated with progress.

I emailed with a problem. They replied right away with suggestions. I emailed again & they sorted it immediately. Excellent service.

Helpful, polite and customer services quick and helpful.

I sent an email to Simply Elsie on 19/08/2026 to enquire where the product was manufactured. A simple question which should have had a simple answer.
Unfortunately this started a long email conversation because the customer service team did not know.
I eventually received an email this morning telling me that the product is designed, manufactured and shipped from the UK and yet the reviews do not bear that out.

Communication from the customer service has been excellent and very helpful, polite and friendly.

UPDATE.. ITEMS RECEIVED AND OUT OF THREE ORDERED ONLY ONE FITS AND EVEN THATS DEBATABLE... DEFINITELY DO NOT PURCHASE not worth the money...Poor. No mention on Simply Elsie website that all they have based in UK is an office that sends out generic emails. The product is made on the cheap in China which is probably why some of the reviews state has w poorly made the item is. Also, Simply Elsie won't allow a bad review to come on stating poor on their website. I ordered 3 of these on 3rd August and still waiting for delivery appear to be stuck in a delivery depot somewhere in GB, as per the tracking information. Will update review once I eventually receive the items but at the moment would advise save your money and don't purchase.

I ordered three tops but after reading the reviews I immediately cancelled. There was absolutely no quibble and my order was cancelled immediately. Such a pity as it's a great idea. If they do address the quality issue and create a better quality top I'll certainly give them a try in the future

Unfortunately, the tank tops were not a good fit for me. However, I was so impressed with the response from Simply Elsie, who have given me a full refund. Their handling of the situation was second to none. Thank you very much.

The order was very easy to use.
And the customer service team was excellent A+++++ the first order I did I ordered the wrong size. Got in touch with simple Elsie they sorted me out with right size and they are a prefect fix. Thank you so much for sorting me out very much appreciate these people are the best.

Customer service was excellent. The product didn't live up to my expectations.
Vests were rough the edges were unfinished
I was refunded in full . Did not have to send back . Sizing issues . Avoid. Not uk based.
Items took 3 weeks to arrive. Email communication regarding delivery was good.
Such a shame items were unusable. As they are a good idea . The pictures show finished items in there adds . These were all full unacceptable, 

I'm not sure what I've brought. It's actually awful. Flimsy material, unfinished edges, a bra pretending to be a bra, that has cups shaped like coconut shells, material that rolls up with the slightest move you make and zero styling. I can't think that anybody would want to be encased in this. It looks suspiciously like something from the very cheap clothes place, especially as delivery took 12 days and the format was the same.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying this is absolutely don't waste your money.

Once I informed you that I had not received my order you dealt with it promptly and sorted it out it was a relief for me not to have to do anything after I informed you as I am not very good with computers thank you and I am very happy with my order and I won’t hesitate to order from your site in the future and definitely recommend it to my friends.
