Highly recommend Simply66
Highly recommend - had tried other phone answering serviced beforehand but switched to Simply66 and cannot fault their service at all.
All calls answered professionally with full details then passed on to me a long with an easy to use interface with multiple features to ensure your calls are answered effectively.

Great Service
Very competent, professional call answer service. We've used a couple of other firms before but these are head and shoulders above them. All calls are handled very competently and their customer service is excellent. I love how all calls are recorded so you can see listed to any conversation, its all very transparent.

Great personal service, professional and highly recommended
I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I've made an exception. Having waited a few months before submitting a review we have now used Simply66 for 6 months now and every facet of their service has been above and beyond.
Customer Service - the customer service provided to us as the client is second to none. Attentive and responsive, there is never a moment where we feel our needs are not being attended to. (Special thanks to Steph!).
Servicing Our Customers - the receptionists at Simply66 who field our calls are all very professional and have really gotten to know our brand and products well. Able to answer customers' queries very knowledgeably. Even with difficult customers they always maintain a professional manner. Thank you!
Services - We previously were with another virtual PA company for a few years and should have moved to Simpy66 a lot earlier. The other company in comparison for doing less, charged us twice as much! Also the ability to listen to every single call that has been taken (when you have the time!) is great. This allows additional coaching in the beginning, but to be honest we've not listened to a call in months now and trust the PAs.
Anyway - a long one but I thought credit were credit is due. Thanks Simply66 for a great service and looking forward to many happy years together.

Excellent level of Service
Simply66 are profressional, presonable and utilise excellent technology to deliver an excellent level of service.
As a business i require a friendly service which can communicate to all my clients. Simply66 are able to connect to each of my clients.
Being able to listen to all calls off any device (globally) is important to me via the handy emails which contain the actual recording of my messages.

For us, it's not the volume of calls, its knowing that we will capture every one and respond in a timely manner.
