Paid for next day
Delivery person did not ring our bell, or leave a card in letterbox or provide a picture of the attempted delivery. I was home. It’s funny how they supplied a picture when a couple cigars went missing a while ago where they left them on top of the letterbox, but insisted they were delivered. Somebody from outside obviously took the package on that occasion

Thank you for your feedback
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery experience. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you selected and paid for a next working day service.
According to the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, delivery attempts were recorded and the parcel remains available for collection or redelivery. We appreciate that this does not reflect your experience and understand why this has been frustrating.
While we are reliant on the information provided by Royal Mail, we have contacted you directly to assist and, as a gesture of goodwill, have credited your Simply Cigars account with loyalty points equivalent to the delivery charge.
