Guys DO NOT use this company they are the biggest thieving money hungry company ever. Over the last 2 years they have taken 160 pounds extra off me due to their trapping contract arrangements. Ive been ill for the last two months and had my membership on pause, I then went to cancel it due to slow recovery and they decide its okay to charge me for a whole month due to late notice. Even though I can extend my paused membership the day before. It took me a few days to realise how ridiculous this was and by the time I tried to pause another month and then cancel at the end of that they have this thing where if you have an intent to cancel it is irreversible. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE of a company. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU at all.

Very Misleading Company
I cancelled after the first month and was suddently told I owed another £65 because of a hidden notice period buried in confusing wording that was never clearly explained.
The terms were unclear, badly written and seem designed to trap customers into extra payments. Customer service was unhelpful and only interested in collecting money.
Would not recommend to anyone. Be extremely careful before signing up I would suggest avoid signing up to any business that uses this company

Greed company
Be careful using this company as they charge you for cancelling your subscription even after the time period for paying it has gone by. I had to pay extra for “late fee” even though I cancelled after the 6 month period

Cancelled the direct debit and told them that it will be cancelled. They said thats fine but you need to pay 1 month cancellation fee. I said it was fine. They said they didnt receive the fee today. I said fine I will pay the fee same day. Now they wanted to charge an extra £20 on top of the month. I said for what? Then they threatened a bad score on my perfect credit rating. Disgusting practise. I told them they don't deserve any payment at all.....I didnt use the service and cancelled a month in advance.

I have been using Simply Collect since 2019 and they have helped me out with everything you can think of when it comes to the operational side of taking membership payments and dealing with enquiries around setting up new members and cancelling those who wish to leave.

I requested a date change for my monthly payment that was coming out in a week's time. The Simply Collect representative listened carefully and stated they would have to consult their beneficiary/client by phone in order to do so & would email me immediately thereafter. This, they in fact did in a matter of a few minutes much to my satisfaction and relief.

Cancelling a subscription is three times more expensive than a monthly payment.
To cancel your subscription, you have to pay a bunch of obscure fees.

Staff were very courteous and understanding as due to illness I had to cancel my DD no issues at all.
Terrible company. Employ them and lose business.
Terrible from a consumer perspective. They hide behind technicalities and obfuscate any reasonable discourse with jargon and excuses.
Simply Collect carry a worsening reputation. Any future client of theirs from a business perspective should reconsider doing business with them. Your clients will find out who they are and will question your relationship, harming your business. AVOID

Needed help with changing my membership with the gym I was with, rang up and it was sorted within a day! Amazing customer service from Tamzin who talked me through everything and even answered my questions I had about my contract.

Awful company, stay well clear!!
My bank reversed my DD I rang the next morning to pay this and they had added a £20 late fee, was fuming. When asked to speak to a manager I got fobbed of with some silly reason why I couldn't and was told to email them. Email sent soon as I got off the phone and I'm still waiting for a response. I will never use this company ever again, they are as dodgy as hell.
Bad experience to deal with customer service
Just read the review, looks like many customers had the same experience. Missed a DD payment on first day and even though I’ve taken the immediate action to contact them, they still charge me £15 late fee. No matter I’ve email or called them to discuss, they just repeated the same and didn’t help. Just avoid this ridiculous company!!!
