I just want to give a huge shout-out to Ian and Karl at the gym. The place is always absolutely spotless, and every single time I come in they are cleaning, smiling, and making the effort to say hello. They’re both so friendly, helpful, and approachable, which honestly makes such a difference to the whole atmosphere.

I genuinely love this gym, it’s clean, welcoming, and well looked after, and that’s 100% down to staff like Ian and Karl who clearly take pride in what they do. Credit where it’s due 👏

I really should have looked around before joining. No need, this club has more than first impressions. Fully equipped gym with modern equipment, studio and spinning room in the chilled upstairs area. Time for the sweat to start…. Super friendly staff as well. See you soon….

A incredibly well kept gym with brilliant classes provided. Would recommend to anyone

Joined in August 2025 mainly for Yoga and Pilates classes. 3 out of 5 classes now disappeared from the timetables, leaving us with Pilates on Monday and Yoga on Tuesday nights. This is very upsetting and disappointing. Not every gym-goer is able to join upbeat classes or classes in the morning only. I feel excluded and unsure how much longer I'll be going there.

Clean equipment and serviced regularly.

Music is too loud, I usually go gym in the evenings at 10-11.

I’ve always been a returning customer to the Eldene gym I find it a decent place to work out. but I will say it’s over priced and the water taste terrible bring your own.

The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

It's simply a great gym, pun intended. Well-equiped, great location, and plenty of parking spaces. Staff are also really helpful.

The ladies gym is great but the atmosphere in the main gym is fantastic.

Simply Gym Bilston is by far one of the best gyms around. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained with everything you could possibly need from great free weights and functional areas to a brilliant class timetable, all included in your membership.

What really makes this gym special for me is the team who run the gym. Joe Bustin, in particular is always friendly, approachable and genuinely cares about the members. He’s constantly on the floor helping out, chatting with people and making sure everything runs smoothly. His energy sets a great tone for the whole place.

A massive shoutout also to Abbie, who keeps the gym spotless every day. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and it makes a huge difference.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is top quality and the staff are second to none. Simply put Simply Gym Bilston is brilliant.

Jo, the Gym Manager, and the Assistant Manager Dickie are absolutely fantastic—as is the entire team they lead. The gym is always spotlessly clean, the equipment is consistently in perfect working order, and the staff strike the ideal balance of being friendly without ever being intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble.

Jo is incredibly open to feedback and regularly trials new classes based on member suggestions, which makes the gym feel genuinely responsive and community-focused. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, and I can honestly say this one stands out as a truly lovely place.

A huge well done to Jo for all her hard work. It’s not unusual to see her and Dickie rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in on the gym floor—even cleaning when needed. They lead by example and are brilliant role models. Jo and her team should be very proud of what they’ve built.

I sincerely hope Jo’s line manager sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves for her dedication and leadership. Well done to all!
