Use DPD so waste of time
Ordered and sent. Unfortunately they use DPD for delivery.
Driver turned up near my house, got to the back of his van and that was it.
Drove off and then changed the parcel asking it to be returned to Simplymeds.
I had pulled up behind the driver not knowing he was delivering to my house so I witnessed it all and got it on camera.
What's the point in using a company that's so bad for delivery.
While DPD is part of their delivery crew I'll not be using them again!

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your order.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you state that you witnessed the driver arrive at your property and then leave without completing the delivery. This is not the level of service we expect from our courier partners.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery itself is handled by the courier, and unfortunately we do not have control over the driver's actions or the decision to return a parcel. However, we do take issues like this seriously and can raise them with DPD for investigation.
We would also like to clarify that DPD is not the only delivery option we offer. At the checkout stage, customers are provided with alternative courier services and can select their preferred delivery option based on the services available for their order.

I used this company for the first time recently and found them 100% helpful. I found them to be professional and full of common sense, which I am so appreciative of, let me tell you! No stress, no worry, just a sensible service which I was so relieved to find online. I was covered in eczema after a flare up and needed help quickly.
