Great experience with simply stone, gave us a better price, quickly provided a sample, templates on the day I requested and then fitted in 6 working days Sam in particular was helpful from beginning to end 👍

Fantastic customer service from the whole team here. We requested windowsills for our conservatory and Reece was very happy to help. Everything was done as quickly as we needed it and very professional. Would highly recommend.
After getting a number of quotes from large, online suppliers, and being unimpressed with their very basic worktop ranges, we did some research into local companies and found Simply Stone Worktops.
We ordered free samples through the website and were contacted swiftly by Reece, to understand more about the scope of the job. Reece was very personable and knowledgeable, obviously keen to work with us, but not pushy at all!he was very quick to return a rough estimate which we were pleasantly surprised by.
After receiving the samples by post, we decided to come and look at the full size slabs at the warehouse - would highly recommend doing this as we changed our mind completely on seeing our 'first choice' slab. Again, Reece was available to guide us through and tried to show us ways to get our costs down, without us even asking (not often that happens!)
After paying our deposit, their laser templater was with us within a week and we had final quotes provided by Zoe a few days after. Despite the space being bigger than we originally anticipated, she worked very hard again to honour our original quote price (or to get as close as we could do it), talking us through various finish options, cuts, joints, etc!
Install was very soon after and we couldn't be happier. The fitters worked hard to get the worktops spot on and were super friendly.
The process end to end was about three weeks and Reece/Zoe both kept us updated throughout by email and WhatsApp.

Couldn’t be happier! I found simply stone on Google, the team were so great at sending samples out asap, visited their showroom over the weekend and they gave us a 1:1 appt going through all the different options that would fit into our budget. We left feeling positive and confident in the expertise of the team quality of the stones. Price is competitive compared with other merchants, we did a lot of quoting with other companies before finding simply stone. Fab customer service over email and WhatsApp which made communication with them seamless and easy. We dealt with Reece who was fab! Super accommodating with template and fitting. Our worktop is now fitted and we’re so pleased with it! Couldn’t recommend enough !

We have just had a new kitchen installed and wanted to use local suppliers in the Bolton area. We used Superior Cabinets for the cabinets and doors. My wife found this quartz supplier online so we made an appointment to choose a product and get an estimate. They had a good selection of products to choose from and quickly gave us a competitive price to supply and install. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The measurements/laser templating at our property were done in about an hour. The quartz was superbly installed a week later in a few hours by 3 competent fitters. The product looks amazing. My wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life.
We recently bought a quartz worktop from Simply Stone. When I rang up to ask about an offer we’d seen online, Reece explained it was the last day of the deal. To help us secure this, Reece stayed late to let us come and look at the samples we’d seen online! Reece then arranged for Jack to come out and create the template the same week before we then got it delivered and fitted the week after. Jack was really helpful and able to give advice. We had a few questions off and on for Reece but even on his days off, he was quick and efficient with his replies. Very happy with the final look of the worktop and even have a friend now booked in to look at samples with them! Thanks again Reece from start to end your customer service was great
