We ordered the Nestor Martin Harmony III Multi Fuel Stove, which we love and oozes quality.
The price was almost £700 cheaper than many other sites and delivery was swift and well packaged.

We recently took delivery of our stove from Simply Stoves, and were delighted with the quality of service we received. From initial queries regarding the spec, right until actual delivery, everyone we spoke to, or communicated with via email were most helpful.
The stove was also delivered promptly, at the agreed time, with no hassle.

Great service
Customer service was great they called before dispatching to makesure we definitely wanted the stoves left if we weren’t in (as we had opted) and to makesure we could get them into our property. Also gave advice on best way to move them. Felt like we were valued customers and not just taking our money and dropping off the items.
Stoves we’re lovely we opted for mirrored glass on one of the stoves and so glad we did it looks amazing. And the upgrade price was the cheapest with simply stoves!
Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Jess made me feel like a valued friend rather than a customer.
Delivery was oh so smooth. Very well packaged and protected. Stove was in excellent condition.
Had an issue with a wobbly heat shield which was promptly replaced.
Very very good price.
Heat output is phenomenal.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

ACR Trinity 3 Wood Stove

New Electric fire
Received the fire on the date given 29/5/2024 there was an issue but this was sorted in quick time by Carina in the customer service department all in all a very good purchase the fire looks brilliant in the room and an excellent price would definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to all my friends.
