Sincerely Nuts Avis 

I bought sincerely nuts pitted dates and a warning label says, “consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead,which is known as to cause cancer and birth defects. Why is this product exposed to these chemicals? There is no contact information for this company to ask this question. Sincerely suspicious.

Ordered 10 lbs of an item and it wasn't as described. Also, paid extra for expedited shipping and it was definitely not 2 day.
No response after reaching out to them directly for refund or replacement.

I contacted they to let them know I got sick on their rancid nuts, they showed little interest.

I received mango which tasted terrible (this was not my first order so I know what it should taste like). Website says you can return by filling out a return form which does not exist. I have sent 4 contact emails with no response to 2 and the other 2 they ask for information which I already provided then I don't hear anything further. I tried calling twice and was on hold 20-30 minutes each time only to get disconnected.

I submitted a negative review for the product and they do not post my review.

Excellent quality and excellent customer support!
I tried other brands of raw pumpkin seeds in the shell when the Sincerely Nuts brand was unavailable and they just weren't as good.
After a little mix-up with my order customer support responded promptly and followed through until my order was filled.

as below, ordered 9 items indicated as in stock, e-mail received confirming all 9 shipped, received 6, worth only half the total order. credit card charged same day as e-mail.

2 emails not answered. call with long wait time was non productive.

Got an email to say my package shipped and it became quickly obvious it never shipped. Sent 3 emails, including responding to their we appreciate you email and still never heard anything back. Terrible customer service and liars because it still has not shipped. Wish I saw these reviews sooner!

waited 3 weeks for my order never came in emailed them 3 times with no response. Thank god I payed them thru PayPal and put in a claim. Please don’t buy from them they will rip you off

I placed an order for five items and received four though I was charged for all five items. I received no reply after contacting customer service twice. Buying in bulk in a good deal. Being robbed in bulk is not.

I placed a large order in their web site. My card was charged at the same day. Finally when I received the package, one third of the items I ordered were missing. Half of the items I received were not correct. When I called them, they said they didn't have those items, so they replaced some them.
It is typical false advertisement that they are advertising the items they don't have. Then they are switching them others items.
Typical bait and switch. I don't recommend this company."
