Sirius Power PC is not a trustworthy…
Sirius Power PC is not a trustworthy business to even associate with. I spoke with Devan Johnson on May 13, 2026. The conversation seemed okay( excluding the amount of cursing he was doing). We spoke about pc parts and how his business operates. I paid through an order on Venmo. Which ,in hindsight , thank goodness I did, because he was dead set on me paying through Cash App, which offers no consumer protection. Even got his partners account to try and send the payment to. After two weeks of no communication, I reached out to Devan for a status update on my PC. He said he was out to lunch and complained about the amount of meetings he had. No information was given on my PC, and he said he would reach out to me later that day. He did not. I gave it a few more days and reached out to him again through text on the 29th. No response. I called him on the 30th, and he said I would have to contact him later that day since he is at the hospital for some testing. After that call, I knew something wasn’t right. There was always an excuse. Would rush to get off the phone or deflect giving me an update on the PC. But once I put in a dispute for the payment, he immediately texted me and would still not give me an update on my PC! The social media presence of this company is also another red flag! There’s almost no engagement with the posts on all platforms at all. Game trailers are re uploaded on the YouTube channel. With one video being an AI voice-over. I should have looked more into this company before, but I do believe something about Sirius Power PC isn’t right.
I wanted to help out a small business with my purchase because I believe small businesses are important, but in our first conversation, Devan spoke poorly about what big business would be doing and their short coming with customer relations. He said his business would be able to supply better service to the customers and how his business wouldn’t shorten customers by using cheap parts but I guarantee you I would’ve gotten better service and better communication by going through these big businesses compared to what I’ve received going through with Devan.
