I never have to give my subscription a second thought. It is communicated in advance via email, always shipped on time and always rec'd on time. I love the product and having had a diagnosis a year ago, it is a big part of my overall health plan. The tea smells fresh and tastes awesome and it just feels good to be using it and working with a reputable company.
