I didn't receive my order yet. I placed the order on 3rd October and paid the amount. Till now I didn't receive it. Now I opened to check the status and it is showing cancelled. What type of service is this. I tried contacting the service no one is responding.

⭐ Defective Product and Poor Customer Support
Received a product with a manufacturing defect, but Sirphire refused to help without an unboxing video. Despite repeatedly trying to provide video evidence, my complaint remains unresolved. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend buying from Sirphire.

I have placed an order on 29th September, 2026 with sirphire for my Oneplus Nord CE 2 lite 5g glass back cover, yet it's 13th October now not even delivered it to me even after 14days.

Shame on Sirphire company.

I order two cover it one month passed still my order not received.

I’ve placed a prepaid order on 15th September and today 12th October they haven’t shipped my ordered goods..they are not ready to refund my money also…
I’ve rated them 1 star because there is no option of 0 or negative here..
Anyone placing order with them beware they are a scam for sure.

It's being 2 weeks , and my order is not delivered yet. No one is picking my phone or replying on Support ticket. Order id: 1136692. Dont buy from them.

I ordered 3 phone covers for 699 rs and it is showing out for pick up since 2nd Oct. No response on watsapp ; noone answers the call. Scammed such sites should not be allowed to exist. Order ID 105670. I wish i would have checked reviews before placing the order.

Now latest update is stuck at warehouse.. pathetic customer care ; I am not sure if order will ever reach me

I have orderd 3 cases on 2 october and still they were showing me delay continuesly from past 3 days and i didn’t get my order after 6 days of order and i payed full payment in advance but they claim that they deliver cases within 2-4 working days

And today 8 oct they were showing shipment not recieved from client

Ordered Laptop Skin which they did not ship for 2-3 days . Finally they shipped it after 3 days when I wrote an email. They shipped a wrong size laptop skin and on asking for a return they asked me to first courier it back to them on my expense and then pay them another 99₹ so that these stupid people can ship me the correct product which I had ordered. Avoid this store . Google has already removed many reviews for this business as they were suspected to be fake . A very shady and unprofessional business.

I have ordered a phone cover for 299 & after 14 days they have cancelled my order &there was no refund at all . Siphire is a Real scammer .plz do not buy from them

I ordered the Circuit Print Laptop Skin from Sirphire for ₹299 (Order No. 1138144), expecting a proper premium laptop skin.
Unfortunately, the product I received is an extremely thin, low-quality sticker sheet that has already started warping and curling. The print quality also looks poor, with faded details compared to what I expected from the product listing.
For ₹299, I expected significantly better quality. The product feels highly overpriced for what was delivered.

Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this product.

Very bad experience with Sirphire. I ordered a phone cover on 7 September and made the payment, but even after 15 days, my order was not delivered. I tried contacting Sirphire and Blue Dart several times, but they did not respond properly. When I finally contacted Blue Dart, they told me that Sirphire had not properly shipped the order for delivery.

I emailed Sirphire to cancel the order. After 7–8 days, I received a cancellation email, but I still have not received my refund. I have also emailed them several times regarding the refund, but there has been no response.

Very disappointing service. I would not recommend ordering from Sirphire.

I ordered a customised case for my iQOO Neo 10 and paid for it but it your tracking ID is invalid. So I tried to contact to Sirphire. I tried raising a ticket and message in Instagram and WhatsApp. Even Mail them and I still don't get a response for the Sirphire team. My Order ID #1140335 and My Support Ticket ID #105218. Can somebody do something about it.

Dear Sirphire Support Team,
I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled.
I placed Order #1132059 on 20 September 2026 and waited for several days. The tracking showed “Out for Pickup”, but the courier tracking later showed that the seller cancelled the shipment on 28 September, without my permission or request.
I never asked for this order to be cancelled. I still want the product. Please re-dispatch the same order at the original price. I do not want to place a new order and pay again because the cancellation was done from your side.

I ordered 2 phone cases and prepaid the amount also but it's been 18 days and I have yet not received the order and it's showing cancelled. It's not giving me refund nor new order id and it's customer care is also not responding

Worst website don't purchase anything from them, they are scam, took prepaid payment and then cancelled order from their side and no refund no support worst webiste

This is fraud company please don't buy anything. I placed the order on 26/09/2026 my order id is 1135502 and it's Even not get picked up, i tried on email to getting shorted out also on theirs contact number, No one is responding and their contact numbers are not reachable so please don't trust them they are scammers.
