Absolutely disappointed and shocked by the recruitment process.Very rushed ..and quite rude. Sistability are seemingly desperate for staff, the woman in the supervisory role is very demanding and not clear in her communications/An overall shocking experience. Staff seem to be overrun yet they proclaim they run a high standard with a proffessional approach

I was disappointed to find damage to…

I was disappointed to find damage to the corner of my vanity sink in the corner edge, which has been chipped off. This was obvious after service and was not there previously.
Further, toilet bowl is not being cleaned sufficiently. Found build up of mould under rim of bowl.

Very helpfull

She did everything she could and well,only problem is I got email she's comeing at 2,she came at 11am.i wasn't notified of change.

Friendly and Thorough

I was very impressed to see they cleaned what I requested and even more. Also, no strong cleaning odors of chemicals.

Not so happy with the admin side of things. I seemed to have to double up on paperwork and had to repeat my requests more than twice. I filled out the paperwork as well as the NDIS coordinator so that meant he got paid for something I had already done. It might be because it all goes through Sydney and then back up to our local area.

thanks for sharing your honest feedback! We're very happy to read that you are satisfied with our cleaning standards! Please note that we are a local business based in Ballina and do not have an office in Sydney :)

However, we understand your concerns about the administrative side of things and had a look into the situation you are referring to. It appears that your NDIS coordinator filled out paperwork without notifying you, which resulted in you both filling out the same paperwork.

We understand it's frustrating to pay a coordinator when you are more than capable of managing your own admin. If you prefer to have more control, there are self-managed plans available that offer greater autonomy. This could be something worth considering to avoid this situation in the future.

Courteous staff

Staff have always been courteous, but they are very rushed so not as diligent with the cleaning. Cleaning Staff has been unpredictable lately with only one person attending when 2 were planned
