The Installation guy was really patient despite having travelled over 150 miles & did a great job!
The Dispatch team had to be chased a few times (perhaps due to Holiday season rush on orders/numbers) so that could be improved to give an all-round fabulous 5* experience...

I LOVE my PRO 1 desk. It's gorgeous. I went with the timber top and white legs and it looks really classy. The customer service was excellent and the installation man did a speedy, quality job putting the desk together. I would thoroughly recommend shopping with Sit-Stand.com.

Good quality made in UK
Website was clear and the goods turned up very quickly and well packed. And for once the items (well most of them!) were made in the UK. Quality is good with well finished paint and coatings.

My desk arrived significantly damaged…
My desk arrived significantly damaged but because I did not open the package immediately (the build of my office was delayed). My initial reach out to customer services was not responded to. It took a while to get approval for a replacement desktop. Thankfully this time the courier waited whilst we opened the packaging to check as the box was severely damaged. Thankfully the new desktop was undamaged. Sit-Stand did not seem interested when I informed them how badly their items are being handled in transit. The complimentary pressure matt also did not turn up. When I contacted Sit-Stand they informed me that I had signed for it. It was unclear when the items arrived that I was supposed to be receiving 4 packages.

Great service all round. Love the desk and it is worth paying for assembly if you do not have time to put together. It is not difficult, but it is done correctly.

A big improvement - I'm still getting used to it, but already I feel better for spending some time standing at my desk. The wobble board is a lot easier to use than I expected!

Super responsive. I forgot to add a chair at checkout, which they'd offered a 50% discount on as part of a bundle deal and I contact their support team, who honour the discount and the chair then arrived the next day. Highly recommend, the desk has been brilliant so far too
