Good products actually, but let down by unhelpful salespeople.

Excellent customer service both before purchase and afterwards. A well made and solid desk that works really well on top of my current home desk. Would definitely recommend the desk and Sit-Stand.

I ordered a Sit-Stand Pro 2 desk with a delivery date of a few days. To my delight this was brought forward and a time and earlier date sent and agreed. Despite the van assigned not being startable that day, the driver from the excellent contracted company (who have worked with Sit-Stand for a long time) set out very early morning to intercept my desk from a replacement van in the Midlands (!) to bring it to me. He contacted me in advance to explain what was happening and then assembled it promptly, neatly and efficiently on arrival. A really nice bloke who then disappeared to Bristol for his next installation. Yes, somehow the free standing mat wasn't transferred to his van but honestly in the circumstances it was excellent service. Sit-Stand then sent on the mat a few days later when it was convenient for us and I am standing using the very robust and attractive desk now.

Just a wee tip. The bottom height of the Pro 2 is 2'6" (76.3cm) which may be high for some. I learned that the Pro 2 Plus which I thought only extended higher than the Pro 2 also apparently travels lower but do check.

I am a very satisfied returning customer of Sit-Stand. Had a straight forward purchasing experience and even though there has been a delay in resolving some refund and delivery issue, these have been addressed and resolved very professionaly. I will not hesitate to recommend your company.

My wife loves her new desk. Quality materials and a very quiet motor. The office staff were very helpful when I needed to alter the order and the installer was on time, tidied up and very professional. An allround great experience.

I bought a corner sit-stand desk a year ago and it was the best decision I ever made for my working environment! I love the desk, it's spacious, the electric motor works really well and, most importantly, I feel so much better! I stand now for most of the day and just perch on my stool sometimes in the afternoon if my legs feel a little tired. My neck and back pain have gone, I feel more energised and also more comfortable in meetings as I can breathe and move more naturally.

Great on line support through the chat function and very fast delivery too. Set up was straight forward and it is being used daily. Would be perfect if it could be manufactured in UK too

Excellent service from start to finish. I will start by saying it was more expensive than I had hoped in order to kit myself out with a standing desk and gear to improve my home office situation compared to the budget oriented offerings competitors provide, but I can't fault the service I received for my money, or fault the desk.

I did have to return some desk legs that seemed to and did prove to be defective, and had relied on my someone else for building the desk but they were extremely patient in waiting for me to find time where I could get someone to assist me with swapping my desk legs, despite it taking me about 3 weeks to do so. They sent them out immediately and just told me to let them know when I had managed and they would arrange to collect the malfunctioning units.

My desk has to cope with a lot of weight from ergo arms and multiple monitors, and since the leg swap it does so reliably, whether I go from sitting to standing, or just raise it a little bit for doing graphics work so I am not bending my back as much for hours on end.

Sure I could have saved a bit of money going elsewhere, but I can't say I regret not doing that for the service and quality of products received.

I have recently ordered and received a sit / stand desk from sit-stand.com. I spoke with the sales team (David) to confirm my requirements prior to ordering and found the company, to be both pleasant and professional. I received my new desk which was delivered and installed efficiently and it looks to be a great product.

The desk looks to be great quality and I'm really impressed with the product and would definitely recommend the company to anyone thinking of buying this type of desk. I have also received a free YO-yo mat with my order.

When I was looking for a mat I was aware there was a field of products, knowledge and prices but your selection made my decision easy. I found what I needed at a fair price and it was delivered quickly.

I love my sit-stand desk! I ordered the yo-yo desk pro. I didn't want a huge desk taking up too much space in my spare room, so I opted for the smallest desktop size in white pine, which looks great in my room (which is painted white).

Delivery was quicker than expected. Set up was easy - I did 95% of it myself. I just needed help screwing the desktop on as I used a manual screwdriver.

I've been WFH every day since purchase and it goes up and down about 4 times per day. The up-down mechanism works beautifully. It is quiet and smooth.

We’ve been using the Flytta 3 and Flytta 2 tables for a few weeks now and are really pleased with them. They’re sturdy, the movement is smooth and they look smart. David on the sales team was able to answer the pre-sales questions I had, the delivery was on time and the installation was pretty painless (just one clarification needed on configuration of the corner desk). It’s great to be able to work sitting or standing as I choose and it’s got to be better than sitting down all day.

I got plenty of warning when the guys were going to deliver and install my new desk giving me more than enough time to prepare the area. The guys were very friendly and had a bit of a laugh :D
