Amazing support, but unreasonable CPU limits
Their tech support is top-notch. I currently have 37 servers with various providers, and SiteHub is easily in the top five in terms of support quality. Talking to support felt more like talking to a fellow sysadmin than talking to traditional tech support. There was a routing issue I had early on in my service where packets were being duplicated and sometimes looped, and they very quickly fixed it (it turns out they host one of the k-root server anycast instances and it was misconfigured).
The plan I have is a custom one optimized for high-traffic, and the allowance is 5 TB/month. That's not usually a lot, but given that the server is in Nigeria, it's quite generous. Download speed is very good at over 150 Mbps. Upload speed, at the moment, is not ideal at about 15 Mbps, but again, this server is in Nigeria.
The only problem I have is that the CPU limits are unreasonably strict and that is the only reason I have to knock off two stars. While most FUPs tell you not to peg the CPU at nearly 100%, SiteHub has a strict requirement to keep average CPU use below 25%, which is by far the lowest of any host I've had. If you go above 25% for more than a short time, the VPS will have its CPU throttled, ostensibly to 25%, but it feels more like 5% (some systemd services time out trying to start simply because it is so slow). This is severely limiting. I'd rather a little bit of CPU steal and a more relaxed FUP.
If you don't need to use much CPU and are comfortable with keeping it under 25% on a 2.1 GHz Xeon Silver 4116, I'd highly recommend them.

Good service at a good price
I have rented a storage VPS through SiteHUB Agency so I can run a personal Nextcloud instance. The performance has been exactly as promised and is treating me great. Pricing is very competitive (IMO) and I have to shout out the owner for his transparency and excellent service. Thank you!

My experience with sitehub has been great!
My experience with sitehub has been great so far. I have been the client for over 3 months now. Didn't experience any issues.
Their VPS server in Lagos has been rock solid for me and I don't think you can get anything better at this location for the price.
The owner is really helpful and nice person - responded immediately to any questions. He always asks for feedback and things to improve to make service even better.
