Don't waste your time with this junk
Took it for a year. Always having problems from start to finish on and off buffering. At the beginning, because we were having problems installing the apps they wrote on the email that they would give 2 month free at the end of the year because the couldn't go more then a year. Half way through I stayed almost a whole month with it not working. There excuse was that they were reconstructing. Well my contract finished in early October and sent them three emails with proof in writing that they had to give me two months and I got no answer from any of my emails. I guess they ghosted me.

CO , I purchased when there were three services I think I only had a month with 3 services also during my time with them they changed their name to allstartv. co they came out with some bs that one of their team died and his laptop had all of the information regarding service 2 or 3 or something like that.
Their customer service is dreadful and they are plain rude keyboard warriors to deal with , - Absolutely Vile people avoid at all costs their product is poor it buffers regularly and channels go offline I have internet speeds of 1.2 gbps I didn’t renew. sh&t service
SixStarTV Now AllStarTV Frauds
I first used SixStar a couple of years ago and they rocked then they went to crap... However, they sent me an email stating that I could renew with new options that they had, so I did, well, I tried to.
Despite initiating multiple communications, including an initial email outlining my purchase and subsequent follow-up inquiries, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
The delay in account activation and the absence of prompt communication are particularly egregious. It is disheartening to discover that a company with such poor reviews on Trustpilot, who are also in the process of rebranding itself as Allstartv, has chosen not to change its practices.
They gladly took my money; however, they never sent me my account information. It wasn't until I went through PayPal messaging inquiring about my IPTV service account that they instantly replied with a refund and told me to go away...

I have used their service for almost a year. I recently contacted them because I received a message “you have been banned” no explanation whatsoever. I still have two months os subscription but no answer to the last two emails I have sent. The service is definitely dying off and the customer service is non existent unless are a new customer. The new reviews are correct passwords don’t work, buffering and lagging issues regardless of how good your connection is.

With 3 services can’t go wrong. One goes occasionally down just flip over. It’s only a blip. Keep it up all at six star. You get ten stars from me! 👏🏻
The service is just okay...for the price
The service is fine...for the price, i suppose. I get better service from another provider for just $5/mo per line. Laggy connections, EPG is sparsely populated. Just go elsewhere unless you just need cheap back-up in case of emergency, like your primary provider goes down. And their trial price is a rip off; it costs more for their trial period per day than just getting a months service from them.

Stay far away from this IPTV provider. Their customer service is absolute garbage. Service has been down for 3 days with no solution. They blame your "typos" for their network outages and then provide you no solution. Will be switching providers ASAP.

As others have said it looks like this service is slowly dieing off. No response to messages and no way to renew. Look elsewhere
I'm currently on my 8th month of using these as a "backup" service to my main provider. It has been pretty flawless in its offerings as long as you know what your doing and configure things right.
The service comes with 3 providers. I have them set up side by side so if one service isnt working correctly i can quickly and easily switch to another.
Constant adding new content and very little buffering.
This could be down to my setup of being completely hard wired. Highly recommend though

Never had an issue with them. Love their service. Loads of content. It never goes down like other providers have for me in the past. Been with them for a little over a year now. By far the best I've used.

Sorry but I can't understand why Sixstartv is getting some bad reviews, I've been with them for a while now snd as I said before brilliant service, Customer Support is Very Good and I've always had a good connection so channels are always good, I will always stay with Sixstartv and the price is bloody cheap!!!!!

Loads of their own Apps which is great, there’s a reason for signing up to another company and it’s for extra security hope this helps you to decide.
I used their services for six months
I used their services for six months, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience overall. The streaming quality was average at best, and there were frequent buffering issues even on a high-speed internet connection. What made me decide to walk away finally was their poor customer service. If you have any problems, don't even think about contacting them via mail. They will yell at you instead of helping you. Their website doesn't have any FAQs or emails addressing frequently occurring issues, making it very difficult to troubleshoot problems. I wonder if they would treat customers this way if they were face-to-face. I don't think so. My advice would be to avoid them like the plague.
