Awesome shop.
I was greeted at the door by the very charismatic Eve, who was helpful towards advising me on what shoes will suit me & my lifestyle etc. Excellent service & communication from her making my experience much more enjoyable.
I believe I was also served by her manager Ethan too. Both great people, making me feel very comfortable during my shop.

Good customer service
As expected, size? Liverpool had a great range, especially with the latest ASICS NYC, but what made the visit stand out was the service from Arman. He took his time to understand what I was looking for, talked me through the options properly, and made the whole process feel easy rather than rushed. I came in for one pair and ended up buying two because I felt so confident with his advice. Really smooth shopping experience and brilliant service from him.

Customer service was amazing, Noki helped me quickly find exactly what I was looking for and helped me with getting the shoes to try on. Very friendly and helpful. Armaan served me at the till and was also very helpful with my purchase

Shoutout to Alex in Liverpool One Size!
We had a great in-store experience at the Liverpool One SIZE store yesterday. We came in to browse trainers, and were greeted by Alex, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout.
He took the time to chat with us, offer advice and really made the experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. Loved how he helps customers build outfits using the clothes available in store around their purchase options.
We've shopped with Size online and in-store before, but the service we received from Alex really brought back the personal shopping experience for us. Thank you to Alex and the team at Size Liverpool ONE - great service & great store!
