I have been using size genetics for about 3 1/2 months now. I was skeptical at first but when I noticed less of a curve a length gain of .25inches it goes to show it is doing something. If it is permanent or will have more gains only time will tell. While using the device i was first maxing out tension rods, which i noticed made the support feel unstable and itbwould get caught and i had to buy another base and tension rod. After getting additional elongation rods I was able to apply the right length and tension. It does take some time to get use to wearing. At times it can be to tight and will leave the head turning colors, after finding the just right snug and how to set it up with bandages to prevent slipping. It is easy to wear especially while sitting or standing around the house. I do recommend if having to add more tension to add gradually and if you find the tension rod getting half way maxed out- then it's time to add some shorter elongation rods and reset from base on tension as it make the device feel more secure and keeps consistent tension. As for the feeling while using it does take time getting used too. However for me after a few weeks I've noticed or grown to enjoy the slight tug/tension. Infact after wearing for a few hours a day i feel and notice I am more aroused and end up getting more random chubbies throughout the day. As for performance I feel it is definitely firmer/ harder and escalation feels stronger and more satisfying.

Customer service is top notch!! The device is a pain to figure out but I’ve never used one of these before.

I purchased the Comfort Package with fairly high expectations given the price point. Unfortunately, the product quality did not meet those expectations.

During normal assembly and use, the cylinder cap came loose on its own and caused the spring on one side to pop out. This was not due to misuse or intentional disassembly. It appears to be a clear manufacturing or assembly defect. While I was able to screw the cap back on as instructed by customer support, the device no longer moves as smoothly as it did before the failure, which directly affects usability and confidence in long term safety.

What was more disappointing was the customer service response. Instead of acknowledging a potential defect or offering a proper repair or replacement, I was simply told to screw the cap back in and continue using the device. No meaningful troubleshooting, no inspection process, and no accountability for a product failure that occurred under normal use.

For a product at this price level, I would expect better quality control and a more responsible customer support approach. At this point, I would not recommend the product unless build quality and after sales support improve significantly.

My customer service guy, Arnold, he gave me perfect advice as to how to keep the glans in the device without choking it too hard, that was paramount in me even being able to wear the device indefinitely.

I do remove the device every 20 minutes of wearing, as the glans will get purple after 20 minutes of wearing, and I take 5 minute breaks. The rosy colour of the glans comes back instantly after releasing the silicone tube.

I use the no-slip black rubber mat directly onto the penis, on top of it the sponge sleeve and then the silicone tube, fully onto the sponge sleeve. In this setting, the glans doesn't slip out of the silicone tube anymore, stays in, always.

This is actually one of the greatest inventions ever created. It gives guys an opportunity to add an extra few inches to their manhood.
At first, I was a little skeptical about the comfort of the product, but after some research I learned that there are different ways to attach this device, so I give it a try and now I’m very pleased with the comfortability of this product. After trying different methods of attaching it to Bobby without being uncomfortable I feel that for me the most comfortable way to wear it It’s with the silicon tube and the comfort pad, Both together is super comfortable to use and I can wear it all day long with sometimes forgetting that I have it on. I know it’s going to be different with everybody but as long as you find different methods to wear comfortably all day long, you’ll be happy with the result. In the beginning you will pinch your skin a few times with your fingers trying to put it on and off, but you will get the hang of it and like they say this is not a sprint it’s a marathon and if you wear it a few hours every day getting some rest when you feel sore and you don’t quit and you keep on with the program you will be very happy with the results so if you are thinking about purchasing it, just do it. We only live so long and if you are not pleased with the size of your tool make a change, get on with the program and you will get bigger with this device. It’ll take time but you will get there.

Real results just have to put the work in...also because the extender is made with great material, it also allows you to comfortably wear for longer than other extender

I’ve tried various stretches, pumps, and exercises. I gained about 1.5” in length, but plateaued. I bought this to reach my goal of +2” to my unit during the pandemic. And I got it. My gains haven’t gone away 4 years later. I just got a replacement strap to see how much further I can grow. Def recommend the product, if you can wear it for hours daily.

I think this is a great product with great results. The catch is obviously that you need to invest the time and be patient. I recommended this product to my best friend and encouraged him to buy it ASAP to start his journey which he did. The most important aspects I find are: 1. The ability to employ constant traction for extended periods of time. 2. The ability to conceal it and be discrete. 3. Easy length management through either additional bars or extension via device.

You cannot go wrong and the R:R ratio is definitely in your favor using this device..

Faulty product delivered and awful customer service. Refuse refund, due to it being a "personal product". Surely there are consumer rights here? I have to open the product to know if it's faulty or not! Customer service don't think so!

My experience was great because Sizegenetics has 20+ years of experience with several thousand satisfied customers. They are trustworthy and honest. Exceptional experience.

I got the Ultimate system, shipping came in a few days. Just starting using the device, there are no instructions given with the package, just a QR code to some video links. After watching them there are some things that are not explained very well, some parts and their uses, not explained at all.

The biggest thing is when tightening the strap, it's very easy to pinch one's skin on it. This is very painful so I'd highly recommend the comfort pad. These foam pads look like they would get worn down over time so I recommend getting extra. Even with the ultimate set they only give one. And they charge $20 for a set of 4 which is a bit of a rip off as I'm sure the foam is probably only a few cents but it's the right size. The more frugal out there could probably do something equivalate with a large foam pad and some scissors for under a dollar.

Second issue for me at least was getting it tight enough that it wouldn't slip off. The video explains to have the extension bars equal to the length of your flaccid penis but I'm a grower not a shower so my flaccid length is only 2 inches and the minimum length for the basic extension bars is 3 inches so I had to do some stretching and pulling while fully compressing the extension bars to get it on. This took me well over an hour of trying different things to get it to work.

Third issue, the strap for me even at the tightest setting, while it would grip my foreskin, my shaft would simply slide out as the extension bars tried to pull it so with the comfort pad I had to take a couple pieces of tissue fold them to add some additionally padding and girth so that the strap would be tight enough so that my penis would not slip out.

After all that though, it worked very nicely.

The videos recommend for the first week to do 1 hour sessions at 1200 grams of tension, this is contrary to others tension therapies I've seen that recommend 4-6 hour sessions at 600-800 grams to start off. So I just went with what I felt was a good tension and see how long I could comfortably maintain it, about a 1000g of tension. After about an hour with the strap super tight so it would stay, the head of my penis started getting cold and blue from lack of blood circulation so I took it off to take breaks and alternated like this after it warmed up a bit. None of this is explained in any of the videos so to side effect or things to watch out for or what to expect other than gains and benefits.

I'm currently taking a break as the ligaments around my groin feel very stretched like I did the splits, waiting for my body to adapt and adjust. I know use of this device is a marathon not a sprit so patience is needed.

It's only been a few days so obviously I don't have any measurable results yet but what is obvious is that the device can stretch out the area and over time this should lead to extra length so I'm hopeful as there is a body of medical studies about extension therapy working. But I treat it like a workout and include rest as my body signals for me to do so.

Absolute fraud! An incompetent company. I am not circumcised, it doesn’t hold, you are really at risk! Keep that in mind. It goes numb if you tighten it with rubber straps, otherwise it won’t stay on. You won’t get a refund, you won’t get any help, simply because it doesn’t work. They are playing on men’s deepest pain. It’s disgusting.

I was initially unsure about how effective SizeGenetics would be for me. But after using it consistently, I started seeing gradual changes that became more noticeable with time. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but I felt proud of my progress as the months went by.
