Each year, we train thousands of people across Wales through accredited courses led by qualified trainers. Our wide range of courses include 3 Day First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, mental health first aid, and health & safety training. Whether you're looking to build confidence in a medical emergency or improve safety standards in your workplace, we have a course to meet your needs. We offer workplace first aid training at centres across Wales including Cardiff, Wrexham, Swansea, Newport, Abergele, Bridgend, Abergavenny, Rhayader, and Deeside. Alternatively, we can come to you to deliver bespoke certified training at your workplace for groups of six or more. We work with young people, employees, and communities across Wales to make first aid knowledge accessible to everyone. Our trained volunteers deliver expert first aid cover at a wide range of public events, from sports matches to concerts, helping keep attendees safe. We offer transport services in partnership with the NHS, ensuring safe and reliable care for those who need it. Through our actions, we inspire others leading by example and supporting people to reach their full potential.

It was a well organized training with a well balanced practical work
It was a well-organised training session with plenty of practical work, which helped everyone understand what to do and how to act in case of an emergency, rather than simply going through slides.
Trainer Dean delivered the training very well, using a practical and engaging approach without creating unnecessary stress. His style made the session easy to follow and helped everyone feel more confident about responding to emergency situations.

Three day first aid course I attended…Excellent
Three day first aid course I attended on the 13th 14th 15th July 2026 was excellent.
The Tutor was also very good at delivering the content and facilitating the group to work together as a team.

Great Course!
Just completed the re-qualification of first aid at work. Really good course with great trainers, special mention to John who trained us this year really nice guy and very good at covering the details and information in a friendly chatty way, putting us all at ease.

Well worth completing this course
I thought that overall the course was great. There was the right mix of physical practice to sit down learning. The use of scenarios was good, also maybe a few too many. The guidebook provided is brilliant. I feel well prepared to use my skills now.

Amazing course
Really enjoyed my 3 day first aid at work course. Ben our trainer made us all feel welcome and answered all our questions. He made the course interactive and in general fun. Before the course I was quite worried about how my dyslexia would effect my ability to do the course but Ben reassured me and helped me read and spell anything I needed.

Really enjoyed my 3 day first aid at work course. It was very informative, there was quite a lot of information but our trainer (Ben) was brilliant at explaining everything and making the course engaging.
