Absolutely amazing! I was let down by another company for my son’s 4th birthday but SJ leisure came and saved the day! Not only did they save the day and made our kids happy but the service was brilliant too! All those who dropped off and picked up was friendly and professional. Amazing experience from booking through to the day the bouncy castle was taken down. Arrived early and set up in no time at all. Really friendly team who made sure we were happy with everything. Arrived next day at the time they said to take the bouncy castle down. Really reliable which is the most important thing when booking a party and the bouncy castle was in great condition and really clean. Use these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

We rented a bouncy castle for a family party. It was simple to order online. The delivery and collection was very professional and courteous. The bouncy castle was great. I look forward to using this company again.

Very professional, good communication in the lead up and rang ahead just as requested so we could clear the garden of excited kids and pets.

Had five castles off this company now and I'm impressed every time. The delivery is always on time, the guys go through the setting up procedure and are really helpful. The castles themselves are great and such a wide variety to choose from (that's the hardest part!) Will continue to use them, especially as my granddaughter now insists every year that she wants a bouncy castle for her party! Fully recommended.

Couldn't recommend this company more. They were so quick to come and set up and take down. They helped us out at very short notice, we're very reasonably priced and the bouncy castle was in great condition. Will definitely use them again.

What a company!!!!!! From start to finish this company has been fantastic, delivering great products and the communication over emails and telephone was fantastic. I was at ease with this company! I ordered two indoor bouncy castles, but when we arrived at the venue, only one was delivered. Presuming that maybe they couldn't fit the second in the space we got on with the party.

The second arrived an hour later into a two-hour party. Due to the party being in full swing and only an hour left we refused the set up which was fine with the delivery guys who said a refund will be issued and apologised for the mixup.

After the party, I was refunded short based on a single bouncy castle hire, not the two-castle higher rate we agreed on. With the reason being a non-delivery of the second, I felt they should have honoured the agreed rate with the refund. I called SJ Leisure to discuss and was met with hospitality and a blank refusal. Wouldn't hire from them again.

Used Sj leisure’s for all my kids birthdays balloons and they are always amazing and go above and beyond to fit a theme! Recently hired a bouncey castle from them and the service and price was amazing! The lads who came out where so polite and friendly I have 4 chilldren plenty of birthdays and events always and these are my go to people and will receive all of my custom x

We had a brilliant experience with SJ's Leisure over Easter Weekend! We hired the midi white bouncy for a family event in our garden and the service and quality was second to none! The team were also friendly, professional and timely. This is my first time hiring from SJ's and I have already recommended them to a couple of people for their Summer events. I have gave this company a five star review because of the bouncy castle I had delivered for my sons 8th birthday, the two young men who delivered it called me prior to the delivery letting me know when they were on the way when they arrived they was very pleasant to speak to and set up the inflatable quick and perfectly I highly recommend this business

Really pleased with the service this company offered! Hired the paw patrol soft play for my son’s 3rd birthday in the house. The team were very friendly both dropping off and picking up, everything was exactly as outlined in emails and contact prior to the day. Soft play was lovely and clean, would definitely use again, thank you!
