Fantastic service from the staff in Letterkenny!
I went to purchase a new pair of runners leading up to a race and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Orlaith showed great care and ensured I found the best pair for my needs, will definitely be recommending moving forwards!

Overpriced shoes.
Purchased the Skechers Relaxed Fit Memory Foam trainers and within two months of normal everyday use, the sole has already started separating from the upper at the toe area on both shoes. No heavy use, no hiking just regular daily walking. For the price, I expected far better build quality.

ALL staff - in Sketchers Wilton - that we (my wife and I) dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We bought 3 pairs of shoes but one that was being couriered got mislaid. Bruno was exceptionally helpful and effectice in solving the problem...extremely thorough, professional, calm and patient.

Well I get a pair of runners in skechers. 125e ripped me off .She got them in store room as nothing in my size on display.

No price was on them .then she had a cheek to ask me money for bag for them.

I was only person in shop as there prices ripping off people in my opinion. Another well know place on different road was jammed with people getting half price deals.

The girl also told me that they had a sale on St Patrick day in shop .I said to myself very strange all shops are closed.

In my opinion the runners I got where cheaper as no price tag on them .

Never received my order, they are using ups for delivery, always have issues with them. Sketchers costumer service never got back to me. Will not order online never ever again. I want my refund!!!! The worst thing that my lil boy is waiting for shoes that he picked for himself. So disapointed

Fantastic customer service and professional in every way in Dundalk shopping centre. I had a small problem with my new Skeches and they ordered a new set for me.

I went to sketchers pavillions swords to buy shoes for my grandson. Sadly sold out. Met a trainer who was visiting to train staff and she was amazing. The best experience I have ever had in a shop. She went beyond what I could expect and was funny and engaging in the process. Wednesday 5/11/2025. All the staff were engaged in helping us. Brilliant service.

Purchased a pair of slip ins about a year ago and now the slip in bar has worn away and it's not possible to wear the shoes. Was told it was down to wear and tear. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the manager at the Skechers store on Shop Street, Galway. On the 23rd Oct 2025, my wife and I visited the store to purchase two pairs of Arch Fit shoes. When I asked the manager (who didn't identify herself as such at the time) about availability of size 11, she replied "no" without even a hint of apology or offer to check elsewhere in the store. When I asked if she could order the shoes in, she grudgingly checked and confirmed availability, but then demanded payment in full upfront.

When I expressed concern about what would happen if the shoes didn't fit upon arrival, her response was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially implying that I should know my own size. Her attitude and body language were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Feeling disrespected and unvalued, we decided to leave the store without making a purchase.

As we were leaving, I informed her that I would be lodging a formal complaint with Skechers management, at which point she shouted "I am the manager." I was appalled by her behavior and lack of customer service skills. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the outcome of my inquiry.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary actions to address the manager's behavior. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to ensure that your customers receive better service in the future.

I bought brown ankle boots from Skechers and love them. So comfy. Quite light too which I like.

I bought Skechers from SportsDirect in Dublin city center two months ago. They tore and hurt my heel. Today, I went back to the store, and the manager told me that according to their return policy, I have to send an email with a picture of my shoes to their customer support and wait for their decision or complain on Skechers' social media channel.

At the Skechers store on Henry Street, the manager confirmed the poor quality and faultiness of my shoes and said I’m the fourth customer with this issue from SportsDirect. They would offer a refund or replacement if I had bought directly from them, not SportsDirect.

I’m very disappointed with Skechers' quality and SportsDirect as one of your retailers. I have an office job and expected them to last at least four months, not two!

Placed an order on 31/03/24 IE110074887. Chose online because local stores never have Ladies size 9 in stock. Never again.
It is now 09/04/24 and still not delivered. Customer service is woeful, average 3 days to respond. Telling me today that they will contact UPS and it will take up to 10 days to reply.
Poor service, poor delivery.

I had these shoes in Grey and purchased a second pair in navy.
I bought the second pair in February and by mid April the ankle support area had worn causing a plastic component to stick out into the ankle.
I contacted customer care as they are a comfortable shoe and my first pair hadn’t worn.
I was accused of buying the wrong size shoe which they say caused the wear and offered 35% off a new pair.
The pairs I have are the same size.
Customer care is obviously not Skechers strong point and I wouldn’t recommend.

Great product but absolutely rubbish service. Previous order took months to arrive. This one never arrived and after chasing they cancelled it and issued a refund even though I still wanted the goods. It's clear these orders are not processed in Ireland and the service agents don't seem to care.
