I love this product. I recently got a new iPhone 17 and had to update my Skegic immediately because I've loved the clean look and quick charge of my current one. It was stolen in transit and they sent me a new one free of charge -- good customer service!

I just got my cable and am happy. It fits in my car and keeps everything tidy because of the magnetic recoil. Great product so far.

I ordered several 1 m and 3 m magnetic charging cables and found them to be compact, sturdy, and effective for charging my devices. The magnetic cables recoiled easily, and kept things tidy in my car and while traveling. I would recommend all of the Skegic products.

I just purchased my third cable. Have had very good experience with the cables, one in my car and one in the kitchen. They need some prodding to recoil, not much, but they easily go back to the coiled shape. The third one that I ordered was for an old iPad that died after I ordered the cable, hence I needed a USB-C instead of a lightning cable. Had a quick email exchange and the company said to keep it and they would ship the new USB-C cable for only the shipping costs. Great customer service!

Beware of this company! They don't tell you that if you want to return something you are responsible fir postage AND possible customs fees. I'm other words, really not so easy to do. So you will be out of the purchase price.

I think this is a scam website. Ordered three magnetic cables. One was received and on querying apparently all three were sent - in a package that obviously wouldn’t hold three boxes cables.

I bought three cords. All were flimsy and defective. mI complained but they plain told me that they would not fix the issue which I suppose makes the point moot because they accepted the fact that their products are sub-standard. The thin so-called metal 'stands' on which the phone will rest on all soft and too pliable which they shouldn't be so once you attach to the phone slant thereby making the phone lopsided. Cannot use even any one out of the three because they all have the same issue. Then when you complain they deem your problem issue 'non-valid'. The sellers should keep their crap products in mainland China and not bring them to the US market because they just reinforce the stereo-type of mainland sellers are fraudsters out to scam American customers.

If you use a Nillkin MagSafe case on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, you will know the massive raised lip around the camera module stops standard flat power banks from attaching. Every other charger I tried hit the camera bump and failed to sit flush against the magnets.

The cord immediately unwound when I got it and it does not coil back without help. The advertisements clearly are not showing the same cords. The charging is fine and that is worth 2 stars but this is a glorified charger that offers nothing more than what can be bought at a gas station. Disappointed.

I love these cables I can keep them tidy now . Instead of tripping over them .

Cable worked for about three months. Customer service made me jump through hoops sending them videos to prove it and then ghosted.

I've been waiting for over a month now. No answer, tracking app doesn't work. Useless company, doesn't do what is promised.

To expensive. It doesn´t fit most iPhone cases. When I asked to return the item vendor says I am responisble for return shipping costs, have to choose the carrier myself and pay for duties. Terrible company, terrible service overrated items and expensive cable. Do not purchase. Go on amazon or your local store instead. Will never ever buy from this brand again. Will also leave a trust pilot review to make sure people don´t purchase from this terribe brand .
