Great friendly service and good equipment. Did everything they said they would plus more. Drop-off and pick-up of kit directly to/from our chalet by time arranged at our convenience, all communicated clearly via text. Very quick response. We requested to change some skis from all terrain to on-piste. All sorted with a smile and no fuss. Would definitely use again.

The online reservation was dropped off at the chalet in the evening of our arrival, fitting was done by a friendly and knowledgeable tech, and we could start skiing first tracks in the morning! Material was great and when people changed their minds on what equipment they wanted, we messaged in the morning and the adjustments were arranged that same evening!

Excellent service from Elliot- friendly and helpful. Great skis for the conditions, checked all was well and no stress over return.

Ski Doc were absolutely brilliant and exceeded my expectations both in delivering skis ahead of time so I didn’t lose any time skiing and also the quality of the skis. I would definitely recommend - as this beats ski shop hassle 100%.

Fabulous service. Cant recommend highly enough. We arrived in resort late due to traffic but kids skis and boots were still delivered and fitted at 10.30pm, this made the Sunday morning rush to get ready for ski school so much easier. Good quality equipment and when we had a problem with a set of boots on day one they were swapped that evening. We will definitely use this company again.

SkiDoc and Sam in particular were great, it made the whole process so much easier having everything delivered and collected from the chalet. Really fantastic service, very helpful and worked around our timings when we were delayed arriving. Great quality kit, happy to make any changes - brought more boots early the first morning and checked in that everything was okay after the first days skiing. Highly recommend

How did we do before Ski Doc? We lost time in an overheated crowded smelly little shop!!!
Last week, we used Ski Doc in Peisey Vallandry and it worked like a dream. The kit was delivered in the chalet as we arrived, Elliot made us try and set up the kit. Some of us arrived late in the night and Gustav, came early in the morning to fit the skis for the late comers, so that we could hit the slopes straight after. During our stay we had 2 incidents with snowboard bindings, and Ski Doc came to meet us at the lifts at the bottom of the slopes to repair the bingings, it took around 30-40 mn between the call and the repair....I don't think one can beat that.
We will absolutely use Ski Doc again and we recommend them to everyone.

Amazing service from Skidoc. Lovely Sam couldn’t have been more helpful, meeting us on arrival in Tignes at our hotel at 8pm. Fitted everything quickly, great knowledge, equipment very good, nearly new gear. Also came back next day to swap skis for longer ones and change some boots…..totally amazing no queueing in hot shops and lugging gear around, excellent price too. Highly recommend and big thanks to Sam!

Best service ever! Can't fault the team at SkiDoc. We were a party of 10, arriving into resort late (Les Arcs), and SkiDoc we're there when we arrived to kit out the entire group. We hit the slopes first thing without any equipment issues, and they checked-in to see if we needed any replacement gear. I'd highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again.
