I sent message, email and called. No response. They say they price match -- clearly they're not interested in doing that. Their website is scammy. They have no live CHAT feature button,

I like how easy it is to learn something new nowadays. You don`t need to go to some institutions and spend years learning subjects that you don`t even need at your work.
The traditional learning concept is way outdated now. I understand that these online courses can`t give live communication and interaction with other people, so called networking opportunities, but it`s much faster and convenient to study online.
As skillbox academy was my fist online learning platform, I appreciate that they opened me a new world of learning possibilities. I still try to take some of their new courses on various subjects. Yeah, you can call me a loyal customer.

Outstanding training given by an experienced staff. Chris brought great organization, high energy and a joy for the topic that made a challenging class easier to navigate. I felt well prepared for passing the exam by the end of our time together. Praise to the entire Skillbook Academy Team!

UPDATE July 10: Failed first attempt. I studied from the coursebook and read through the summary the trainer had exclusively made for the course. I passed the practice exam 3 times.

The sample questions the trainer provided and the practice do not reflect the level of difficulty the exam represents and the way questions composed in the exam.

They don't even let us know how we scored on each question to improve for next time. Second attempt costs $50.

I took the online POPM course with the amicable Meenal Tayal. I honestly did not know what to expect, but after one completes the second day, you will realize that the course exceeded expectation.

Access to material was smooth from registration to last step. Meenal was SUPER organized, I actually have not seen a cleaner Miro board like the one Meenal had created and maintained for 2 consecutive days at the same level of organization. The course is loaded with information, but the way she gradually introduces a concept, then takes you through the course slides, then has mini recaps throughout, AND has the time to patiently answer real-life business questions from 13+ participants AND sends you follow-up emails after the course, I mean... Her ability not to deviate and stay on time is fabulous.

I found some concepts to be tricky, but she tells you where to read more and gives analogies to understand.

I have not taken the exam yet, readying up, and will update this review when I have my results. Thank you Meenal.

Melissa is an absolute master of her trade and could answer any question and illustrate it with intelligible examples and kept everyone engaged throughout the entire course. The lectures were very interesting and lively. There were a lot of interactions with her and the other course participants and we did a lot of different exercises to consolidate what we have learned.

Harry the Instructor made us feel very comfortable and made the class very interactive. The size of the class was perfect. I liked the group activities within the class.
Harry gave us lots of his life experience as SM which really helped me learn and follow his footsteps.
No REGRETS taking up this class.

I dialled in from London, UK, as I heard Melissa is great, and I wasn't disappointed. Great facilitation, was light and humourous, kept a good cadence, and I was lucky to be in a small class. Lots of practical, pragmatic advice, alongside learning the material to prep for the exam. 5/5.

Knowledgeable instructor, engaging method of presenting content.

SAFe Scrum Master was one of the best courses I have taken. In the 2 day workshop I was with professionals in the field or aspiring professional. The instructor Ryan did a phenomenal job facilitating the course and working with the 16 people in the class. I am looking forward to my next certification that I will be taking with SAFe.

The training was excellent; both instructors were very knowledgeable on topics taught and answered questions presented from the attendees.

The training workshop for SAFe SSM with Tracey Rideout was amazing. She is very knowledgeable on the material and she had very practical answers to every question. The sessions were interactive and the material was easy to understand. The overall experience with Skillbook was great and I would definitely recommend.

Harry was fantastic! For a person who has been doing this for over a decade, Harry seems to still have the passion for teaching and transforming the lives of his students. I had an exceptional 2-day experience learning and observing the mastery of Harry Narang!

The course I took did not provide any additional value towards my studying to obtain a CSM title. I wished there were more moments of clarification. A lot of it was group activities which is totally fine. The groups would report back “teaching” us information but some of it was incorrect. The instructor was a friendly individual. I do wish he was more brief. He would convolute his teaching with unnecessary verbiage. I think all of the knowledge could have been done in half a day. The course was a 2 day course. A bummer that you have to attend a class in order to be eligible to take the CSM test.

I greatly appreciate the pace of the instructor. She was engaging and her organization of laying out the class was on point. She made sure we knew exactly what was needed to review for the exam. It was well worth the expense

My course with Harry at Skillbook was really great and I can very much recommend everybody that's interested in SAFe to participate in any of his courses.
