I am very happy with the service
I am very happy with the service, even though I have not taken full advantage of it. I was mistakenly charged a yearly subscription after buying a lifetime subscription and they fixed it immediately. Excellent service.

Very good customer service, easily accessible course can do at work and from home without losing the place I am in the course - filter tool is really helpful so you don't go over the same bits you already know - clear concise information to learn from.

I bought an Advanced Excel Course …
I bought an Advanced Excel Course through Groupon and I can honestly say it was one of the best purchases I have made, The course delivers exactly what I needed , concepts are outlined and are supported with video content and with practical exercises to consolidate what I have learned in each module. An added bonus as a member of EWB is that I have been able to watch some free webinars on Powerpoint, Excel dashboards and Mindfulness At Work, all of which I found informative. I have learned some new skills which count towards my annual ACCA CPD submissions.

Boring and inaccurate tests
Several tests in the training are incorrect and need attention.
I made it through half of the course and I can't motivate myself to finish the course. Overall the course was boring, presentation was boring.

The course you purchased is 100% online and although we recommend completing on a computer, it is available on any device as long as you have a good internet connection. Videos and other course material are subject to copyright and can therefore not be downloaded.
We did respond to your initial support message on October 27th. However, from your Trustpilot review it may have arrived in your spam folder and therefore the response was not visible to you.
We would really like you to get up and running with your courses. Please let me know how what we can do to get you up and running. Alternatively if you must have your course accessible via download I am afraid that we do not provide this and I would suggest contacting the outlet you purchased your voucher from for a full refund.

I can see on my system you have purchased the PivotTable course on September 15th. I can also see that you were incorrectly charged an additional fee for access to you course which was then refunded. I’m sorry for any confusion during the process and please do let me know if you have not received your refund. This error was down to a small technical glitch that we fixed on the same day..
I also wanted to make clear that you still have access to your PivotTables course, which you can access at any time. However if you did want access to an additional course due to the inconvenience caused when you joined please do let me know and I’ll add that to your account right away.
