Good course
Received a discount coupon so gave it a shot. Had a full year to learn Excel and with two months left, I just started. I did struggle a bit figuring out how it worked, so four stars.

Not user friendly
Not user friendly, very slow internet connection , very expensive and user layout is poor and not friendly no offline version or cannot be downloaded for learning. very frustrating system.

1. Internet connection. There isn't too much we can do about your internet connection, we suggest you contact your internet service provider to fix this.
2. We see you bought a bundle of our courses from a partner site at a discount. We are one of the most competitively priced online learning options available, we certainly wouldn't pitch ourselves as expensive.
3. Could you provide specific feedback on the user layout? We have successfully taught nearly 1 million people and are always striving to improve our UX. If there is something you would like to see in particular, please let us know on support@skillsology.com
4. Unfortunately, we don't yet have an option to download and consume offline. It's something we would like to introduce in the future.

Tried to sign up for a special promo …
Tried to sign up for a special promo only to have them try to double bill my card locking it up. By the time I talked to the bank, the promo was over. A few weeks later a similar promo appeared. I signed up for it, and was billed right away. But didn't have access to the course until after a days worth of emails back and forth. Now that I am finally in, I've done the first step 3 times and it keeps taking me back to the begining to do the filter step again.

Time limiting study...
I had a kind and polite experience, however I less than please by the results of it.
To me it is totally unacceptable that the courses I have purchased will not be available for ever, and I was only given an extention of two months.
Out of seven courses I have only gone through one of them (within a month) and this, at a very quick pace.
This means I will only have a short taste of only two modules (out of senen) in totall, and I will not be able to review and restudy interesting parts in the future.

The online training is very poor
The online training is very poor. I am used to instructor led pre-recorded videos for training, especially with Excel. This training is all done by reading word documents with an occasional terrible silent video with no instruction about what is going on behind the scenes. Overall, I am very disappointed with the course I purchased (Excel pivot tables). 1337 Institute of Technology does a far better job with their online training for Excel and I recommend them highly!
