The best experience!! I'll keep ordering.
I hateeee the new formula by Urban Decay and its been a staple in my makeup routine for nearly 10 years. Someone recommended going directly through Skindinavia (skindinavia.com) so I did. Product came in quickly and is just like the original also the sprayer is GLORIOUS- I had no idea a sprayer could work so well. What the heck.. why have I never used one this good in my life? I got a mini and an 8oz bottle & both sprayers are incredible. I love the price point on the extra large bottle too... its a wonderful bargain.

Buy it.. the site works - the product is the original & the sprayer is the best you'll ever use.

After a run of horrendous customer service experiences, Skindinavia just did everything I wished the others had.

Before I could even notice a delay, the company sent an email telling me (and all customers waiting on orders) that even though they typically have purchases shipped in a day, they had been overwhelmed by the number of orders that came in and it took a few days instead... so they were upgrading shipping to priority, on the house.

They communicated what was happening behind the scenes, developed a solution so their customers would feel cared for, and said to reach out for tracking info or a full refund if preferred. I reached out for tracking, but received my order before they had time to reply.

After having to beg other companies to do the right thing when they majorly dropped the ball (and being ignored or lied to), it was so refreshing not to have to ask, to have it taken care of, before I even realized anything was off.

Gute Produkte, aber enttäuschender Kundenservice – offenbar kein Einzelfall.

Ich hatte mich auf meine erste Bestellung bei Skindinavia gefreut, aber der Kundenservice war ernüchternd.

Zuerst erhielt ich eine falsche Trackingnummer (UPS statt USPS), danach wurde ich auf eine nicht existente Seite (UDPD.com) verwiesen – ohne jegliche Entschuldigung. Stattdessen kam eine knappe, patzige Antwort mit deutlich genervtem Unterton.

Ich wollte es dabei belassen, habe aber – wie es sich für eine informierte Kundin gehört – recherchiert. Und siehe da: Ich bin nicht die Einzige.

Für eine Marke, die sich im High-End-Segment positioniert, ist dieser Kommunikationsstil nicht tragbar.
Der Ton macht die Musik – und der war hier mehr „Genervt & Uninteressiert“ statt „Professional & Caring“.

Ich hoffe, die Geschäftsführung liest diese Bewertung und nimmt das Feedback ernst.
Das Produkt selbst ist solide – aber als Kundin will ich mich nicht wie eine lästige Nebensache fühlen.
