I didn’t receive my order although I tried to contact the delivery company but they didn’t respond also I send a message to the skin Korea WhatsApp but nobody responds also … I will rise a complain to consumer protection cause I paid and not get my order and moreover the worse customer service I have ever deal with !!!!!
When I called the delivery man he responds carelessly that my shipment has been stolen and he couldn’t find it and I tried to contact the company and they even have no customer service only you can get your shipment details !!!!! Also the delivery man he was telling me that he need help and he paid patrol for the car so please don’t raise a complain cause the shipment stolen and the company will make me pay back !!!!!
