I had a major problem with the order…
I had a major problem with the order that I placed.
The company has ignored my emails and does not answer their phone.
Consequently I have been unable to sort the problem out.
I do not recommend ordering from this company!

Excellent service cant fault.
My order was processed and delivered on time. I was kept informed when my delivery was due via email and able to track my parcel.

A flavour had run out of stock so I was informed by email to which I was given an apology and option for alternative flavours. Not only did it arrive the following working day but also with some free gifts to try.
Was very impressed and happy and would and have recommended to friends 100%.

I can't fault the company. The products are all really well priced and they have a great selection, which I'm slowly making my way through! Delivery is quick and easy. The customer service is great and I gave feedback about packaging needing to be improved and now all my orders are packaged well. I'm now a loyal customer.
