Order process is good and a speedy delivery . Only tried the rice which sadly I wasn’t too impressed by, it was watery and flavourless.

Need longer best before dates
Quite happy with my order apart from the skinny crunch packets had a very short use by date on.All 5 packs had only ten days left to use by.

However when the parcel leaves our warehouse it is put on a 24hr- 48hr delivery service and left in the responsibility of the courier provider. Yuck- tasted synthetic and like plastic- couldn’t even drink one. Waste of money so threw away

Good service and products
I received my order in the time stated and everything was long dated. Prior to receiving it I did have to contact customer services with a query and they responded within 24 hours. Very pleased with the products and service. Free gift was a nice touch too.

Need to actually look at orders and emails
Missing item in delivery....sent email but just got tracking number from them so obviously didn't even read it. Sent another email again saying It had been delivered hence I know item is missing...now waiting on refund that probably has not been actioned as no sign of it.
