I couldn't be happier with my experience with SkinWraps Australia.
The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Joanne was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire custom design process. To add, the quality of the finished product is outstanding. The print quality exceeded my expectations, the fit is perfect, and it's clear that a lot of care went into producing it.
I would happily recommend SkinWraps!
Absolute shit quality wraps. Have tried multiple skins across multiple countries, and this is by the far the lowest quality wraps.

Great quality 3M vinyl laptop skins and very easy to stick on.
Excellent customer service, with special thanks to Joanne. I ordered two skins, one for my laptop lid, the other for my trackpad. It was kind of her to check with me as to whether the dimensions of the skin for my trackpad were correct (for it was very obviously smaller than one would expect from a laptop) before proceeding with the production, giving me the chance to change the dimensions if needed. I confirmed with her that the dimensions were correct, for it was for my trackpad, and so she ended up printing the trackpad for me for free which was very kind of her and the business.
The vinyl on the trackpad does not impede the trackpad touch functionality at all.
Verdict: will definitely order from skinwraps again.

This is now the second time I’ve ordered from SkinWraps, and they continue to deliver an outstanding product every single time. The process is easy, the fit is spot-on, and the print quality is excellent.
Application is surprisingly forgiving — the vinyl isn’t aggressively sticky until you press it down, which means you can reposition and line things up without stressing about wrinkles or tearing. When we removed a previous wrap, we were genuinely impressed by how well it had protected the laptop underneath — not a mark on it.
Great quality, great experience, and consistently reliable. I’m very happy to keep coming back and would recommend SkinWraps without hesitation.

I've gotten a few designs for my Switch and phone. Easy to install and replace and they last me a long time. Had a good experience sorting out my custom skin and it came out super cute!

Still haven’t received product after waiting over 2 weeks, refused a refund.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the order timeline, as some important context is missing from this review.
Your order was placed on 30 October using the standard post option. All SkinWraps orders are printed to order, and our displayed production time at the time of purchase was 3–6 business days. Handling time and estimated delivery times are noted in our store and again in the shipping confirmation email.
The MacBook skin was printed within the stated handling time and posted using the standard post service you selected, which had an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days after dispatch.
When you contacted us on 13 November to request a refund, tracking showed your parcel was in transit with Australia Post and within the estimated delivery timeframe. We could not issue a full refund for an order that had already been printed, posted and was still travelling within the AusPost system.
While we could not refund the order mid-transit, we did offer the option for you to refuse the parcel so it could be returned to us at no postage cost to you. We also waived our usual change-of-mind restocking fee and confirmed we could issue a product refund once the order was returned.
As it turned out, the order was delivered within the estimated delivery time and our return/refund offer was not taken up.
We understand it can be frustrating when an order doesn’t arrive as quickly as hoped, which is why we offered to help with a fair option while the parcel was still on its way.
Tips:
pick a skin the same colour as the edge of your laptop otherwise you will see edge and misalignment of even 0.01mm is very obvious.
Every difficult to apply without air bubbles and if you manipulate it too much you will stretch it and it will fit worse.
It is more forgiving than contact paper, but hardier than applying a screen protector on a phone

We recommend that laptop skins sit slightly inside the edges of the lid to help minimise the chance of catching or lifting with prolonged use, so your point about considering the laptop colour when choosing a design is a helpful one.
SkinWraps skins are made from premium wrapping film, chosen for its flexibility, conformability and clean-removing adhesive. The air-release adhesive is designed to help air escape during application, allowing the skin to be gently positioned before firm pressure is applied to bond it to the laptop surface.
Because the film is flexible by design, it does need to be applied carefully to avoid stretching. We agree that taking your time with alignment makes a big difference to the final result.
That said, we would have welcomed direct contact before you left us a 2-star review. It matters to us when something hasn’t gone to plan, and we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Skinwraps are amazing, they went above and beyond with their service, highly recommend Skinwraps! 10/10

I ussually never write reviews but the customer support is the worst I've ever received from a shop. I bought a Pixel 7 pro skin and I realized that it was missing the side wrapings with the button cutouts. Since I only noticed after I had started applying the wrap I called just to let them know that it would be a good idea to make it clear upfront that the wrap was only for the back and not the whole phone. Nick raised his voice and started blaming me for not noticing. He could not tell me where on the site it says that the pixel pro cover only covers the back.
In short, I did not even want the $6 refund and I was very polite but he scolded me for buying from him. In his own words, "you get what you pay for".

The Pixel 7 Pro skin was noted as a back skin only in the coverage section of the product page. We understand this may not have been the coverage you expected, which is why we provided a partial refund after you shared your concern.
We take customer feedback onboard and we made a conscious effort to review our phone skin templates, adding more coverage where possible for future models that we added to our store.
