My purchase was apparently delivered many weeks after the order and the 3 photographs showing my parcel on a driveway which was not on my street, or on either of the 2 streets running parallel to mine. The company offered to reimburse me, that hasn’t happened and they offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Obviously I’m not stupid enough to give them more money for nothing!

Absolutely avoid them. Purchased 4 hair clips on 6 December. For 2 weeks I kept getting notifications saying "Label created". After emailing them, was apologised to and told my order would now be on its way. Took over a month. Each hair clip only lasted 1-3 days before all the prongs broke off them. Sent photos on 31 January asking for refund. Received a generic reply blaming the logistics company/damage in transit. They said they would send a replacement order. (So more hair clips that are absolutely rubbish). That was on 2 February. No replacement order has ever been processed, not that I want more of their rubbish. I've been requesting a refund every week since 31 January and (apart from the generic email) have been completely ignored.
Paid $35 for the hairclips. Have since discovered I could have got the exact same ones from Temu for $2.
I'm done with rubbish imports. It's ALL Aussie made for me from here on.

This is an absolute scam. I ordered a mobile phone holder which I thought was in stock in Australia but no- this is a Chinese SCAM. They sent me a tracking number. Guess where the product is? Who knows as the tracking doesnt work.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing as I agree with all the 1 star reviews. All excuses and nonsense. They are a scam. Buy elsewhere. This has become so typical on Facebook that I refuse to buy anything off facebook at all anymore

I thought I was buying Australian and I’m waiting on my order still 4weeks later.. I bought the phone mount for my car and I’m not holding my breath on it being any good because it’s coming from china looking at the tracking number.. I need to start looking into these ‘Ozzie’ brands because this is the second time iv stupidly seen a mane and assumed it’s a small Australian company that I’m supporting (obv my fault) but yeah… don’t buy from here.

Nothing sent. And when anybody uses imile you know you're never receiving anything.
Classic wrong address excuses with nothing fir more than 6 weeks. Don't waste your time - it will only annoyed.

Not a recommended company.
Appeared to me as an Aussie based company but product had to be shipped from China. Took 20 days to arrive opposed to the 4-7 business days advertised.

Do not buy from this company big scam, products dont match discription

Ordered a product Dec 2025. Tacked through Shop and returned to them for no apparent reason. Asked for a refund but they said they had resent the product. Still no sign of this and no response to my second request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. seems like a scam.

Where to begin, they aren’t based in Australia for a start, the item “universal dropstopper”. bought was advertised as having a car logo on it, you even have to select your car make when offering. when it finally arrived they have no logo at all- just cheap black plastic strips that look too small and thin to even do the job they are supposed to do. This site is a scam. Tracker showed items “in progress” for two weeks, then I get an email asking me to review the delivered product. I replied saying I hadn’t received the item and got an apology “lost on transit” and a promise to re-send “within 10 days”. No tracker link this time, and 12 days later I’m still waiting. A second complaint email got exactly (word for word) a repeat of the first apology email. I type into their bot and no response. I’m about to reply again and this time cc ACCC.

I have waited almost 5 weeks for my order to arrive, I don’t believe the company is Australian as all the tracking information is from overseas, I wouldn’t bother making any purchases with them in the future

Skippyhome are liars, frauds, and fakes. NOT Australian. I thought I checked carefully enough, but I did not. Obviously I’m furious. They say they are an Australian company located in Australia and ship from Australia. They do not. They are Chinese scammers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Your Order will likely never arrive. If it does arrive, it will be in a few months time. It will be cheap crap that is nothing like you ordered. You will contact the company by email. You will be ignored, you will not get a refund.

We ordered the drop stoppers for both my partner and my own cars believing this was an Australian company and stating 1 week delivery. The item was shown with a badge of the car make on it and we had to add which makes we wanted to the order. We needed different makes, but when we recieved them they were both identical with no make badge attached. Although they both fitted mine can't be used as advertised because the fit is too tight to hold a phone. They also came from China and took just over 2 weeks to arrive.

Item ordered was lost by the carrier in China. I emailed team Skippy to ask for a refund as the item was to have been an Xmas gift to a friend. 18 January now. The updates from the carrier were misleading. After I wrote a poor review on their website I finally got a response from Skippy. They ignored my refund request and decided to try and resend the item with the same carrier. Once again, Skippy and the carrier are stuffing me around with many and incorrect
'updates': the item is still in China. No reply from team Skippy in response to my now demanded refund. I should have read the reviews for this company before purchasing anything. They seem to have a really poor reputation.

There customer services is none existent, i received an email on the day i placed the order saying my order was on its way. After waiting over a month with still no delivery i came believe that they are a scam. I lodged a dispute through PayPal who then contacted them. They then sent me an email, promising delivery or a refund. I still haven't received the items or a refund, in spite of my several requests to them to please make the refund. I would not recommend them at all. They are also very over priced, i have since found the same item on Shein for a tenth of their price.

Do not order from here. It says it’s an Australian company but it’s 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. Their customer service is terrible - no responses to two emails and a scripted response and excuse when I contacted using Facebook Messenger. Not worth it at all.

If I could give zero stars I would . I Placed an order for some hair clips on December 8th that I was wanting before Christmas . I made the purchase with the understanding that Skippy Home were actually located in Australia and as their website states right across the top of the home page Australia Wide Fast Shipping within 4-7 days . Well that was a complete lie . After over a week I tried to contact them on their on line chat and I continually got the same generic response they had received my message and would get back to me . They never did , I then emailed them to finally get a response over a week later telling me the item was located overseas as I now suspected and by now I could see in the limited tracking it hadn't even progressed past order placed for 3 weeks . Next delayed response I was promised a refund if I didn't receive my order before Christmas. Again a total lie ! My order finally arrived in Australia and to my post office one day off a month later . Also turns out in the meantime I found the exact same hair clips at other Aussie stores including Cotton On for the same price or less but I couldn't buy them as I was waiting on these. I will never order from this useless store again and would never recommend them . Worst customer service ever !
