Tailored, responsive service

Ski Solutions has a very informative, user friendly website enabling you to envision the holiday before your initial enquiry. Quotes come back quickly , and exchanges on eg flight times, furnishings are very quick so enabling holiday decisions to be made and booked effortlessly.

And the hotels we have been to with Ski Solutions have always met and often surpassed our expectations.

Ski Solutions - my first port of call…

Ski Solutions has been my first port of call when I plan a ski holiday for many years. They're friendly, personal and cut all the fuss out of booking. Simply give a choice of resorts, an idea of budget and party size and within the hour you will receive a shortlist of brilliant options. Fuss free, saves hours on the internet and you talk to real people who know the resorts inside out and can offer great advice according to your needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ski Solutions are true experts

I have been a returning customer for the last four years. The resort knowledge, specific hotel knowledge and the fact that all the add-ons (lift passes, equipment, private lessons) can easily be booked through a the team saves huge amounts of time trawling the internet for advise and reviews. I am highly recommending Ski Solutions to everyone. The account managers will find the best holiday for you, be it high end or cost effective. I had years of memorable experiences where everything was just spot on.

Great service!

I use the services of this company for the second time. The first time I was a little worried and had a few questions, but this time I am completely calm and confident that everything will go at the highest level. Excellent feedback and a wide range of offers, plus detailed instructions for receiving the service. I recommend this travel company to everyone!

To be candid

To be candid, my brother and I both felt the holiday was incredibly overcharged for the experience we received, and we wouldn’t consider booking with your company again based on how things played out. Since you asked for more detail, here’s a breakdown of where we felt the value simply wasn’t there:

We were hit with a €400 deposit without any prior warning right at the start of the trip, which set a poor tone.

The resort had almost no beginner slopes, which severely limited what we could do given our skill level.

Basic amenities were a real problem—there was nowhere to get breakfast, and everything was either unavailable or drastically overpriced (e.g. a poor-quality massage costing over €100 between us).

Our return transport wasn’t even booked until I personally chased it up.

Despite booking as brothers, we were given a room with a double bed—one of us had to sleep on the sofa.

The local transport system was not user-friendly, especially for first-time visitors.

The WiFi and TV in the accommodation didn’t work properly, and the hotel pool was underwhelming, with works happening during our stay and very limited space.

Hot tub facilities were poor, and the hotel staff were condescending and unhelpful throughout.

We didn’t receive our deposit back until we explicitly threatened legal action.

The nightlife was practically nonexistent, and the area had very few people our age—almost no non-French tourists, which made things feel quite isolating.

The journey itself was a hassle—our return flight was delayed multiple times and we were left waiting outside the airport for hours before even being allowed in.

The equipment provided wasn’t suitable—my brother was given skis of the wrong length and only found out with three days left.

Worst of all, the ski lessons were terrible—the instructor insulted my brother’s ability and eventually gave up on helping him entirely.

Upon notifying Ski Solutions of our disappointment, directly citing the above, we were ignored.

Given the total cost, we genuinely expected something much closer to a premium experience, but in the end, it was frustrating and disappointing across the board.

Ross was great and found a holiday for a very big group of us! Got us all into the same hotel and gave us lots of advice. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because quite a few mistakes were made on booking dates and quotes which we did rectify…..

Broken ebikes, and no customer service.

We booked a cycling holiday via the sister company of ski solutions, cycling for softies. Most of our email correspondence was with skisolutions.com addresses, so I am assuming a review here will reach cycling for softies.
We booked an ebike trip in Extremedura. We were a group of 12. Of the 12 bikes we booked and paid for, 4 didn't work. This meant 4 of the group were constantly left behind. On one day the group sadly had to split as those with malfunctioning bikes couldn't cope.
The holiday was advertised as castles and paradors of western Spain. Of 6 nights only 2 were in hotels that matched the description. One hotel was frankly shocking.
I cannot recommend cyclingforsofties.com.

Quick response, great price!

Ski Solutions replied very quickly, and arranged my holiday in Whistler with my preferred hotel, airline and dates within the day and their price was very competitive. In fact I’m paying less for more days next year than I’d paid a competitor for this years holiday in the same hotel! Great service and great price

They can't help you enough so they don't bother to try

Have travelled twice with Ski Solutions. Both family trips with family & friends. We returned from the most recent trip a couple of weeks ago from Courcheval. Decided that my wife and I would like a few more days on the slopes this year so contacted Ski Solutions to book four days in Italy. Received an initial call, explained what we were after; flights, transfers, hotel, ski passes . However, it was quickly obvious from the disinterested representative that this was not an enquiry that was of any particular interest. Was promised a call back which unsurprisingly never came so we booked elsewhere. Even a courtesy call to say they were unable to help would have been acceptable. I've spent over £15k with Ski Soutions over the last 2 years. It's the last money I will ever spend with them.
Update. They replied and asked me to email details which I duly did. They responded promising to investigate. And to no one's surprise, I haven't heard a word since.
