Took 2 weeks to arive, It ''jammed'' every few secs. My sister's gun broke after 2 hours of arrival.

Order never shipped. No response to several emails sent asking for details. Non-existent customer service. Horrible shopping experience - strong recommendation to avoid.

As all of the above, no dispatch details, no reply to emails. Equally bad are a shopify as the platform the sales go through. Even though they say there is buyer protection, they do nothing if it is under 30 days.

ordered on 1st December for Christmas. Never came. No response to emails.

I wish I had read these before against my better judgment I spent nearly 100 pound on 3 guns for my son’s birthday on Saturday. He will be so disappointed, lesson learnt. This was nearly a month ago and have heard nothing since the order confirmation. I will take it up with the fraud team at my bank.

I spent 31 dollars on a plastic gun and it hasent arrived for 2 months now. Waste of money and time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Absolute scam! Ordered toy gun as back in July, still yet to review the order that I paid £50+ for. Have emailed multiple times nd each time just receive an email saying it will be escalated and yet here we are in November, no product and no refund! Not happy, won’t be buying from them again and will be leaving as many terrible reviews everywhere I can until I get my money back so no body else is scammed!

Atrocious -- pay immediately/ receive item a month later. Customer service makes no effort to assist the consumer, and in my case they neglected to provide a tracking number despite multiple requests.

Well… I just read the comments I knew I would get scammed except for that liar who said there’s came well really how would I know if she is a liar? So try not to get scammed as I’ve always wanted a blaster as a 9 year old

They scammed me, I paid for an item and it was never delivered and customer service just gives the run around!

This company was pretty good. I liked how it didn’t take long for the order to arrive and how the ordering process was simple and straightforward. After having the pistol for about 3 weeks, the thing just broke. I would call it a Chinese special toy and wouldn’t buy it again if it was that expensive. Over all, I would rate it a 3 out of 5 toy and wouldn’t buy it again for that type of price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM. AND LIES. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS I DID EVENTUALLY GET MY MONEY BACK AFTER THREATENING TO GO TO MY CREDIT CARD MONEY. DREADFUL COMPANY

Total scam. DO NOT BUY. Never got a tracking number. Some scum bag lying POS Will kept giving me the runaround.

Ordered in November and still got nothing my tracking code isn’t even expired.

I never received my item.

I did hear back from the company, but the suppprt was ridiculous. They write the same message over and over again - they do not solve the problem.

I then tried to cancelle my order, but they never returned my money.

Do not support them! You will be scamed.

Do not use this company! It’s been 7 weeks and although a reply is generated when you e mail them, I still have not been informed that the goods have been shipped. My last e mail bounced back.
This is a scam so be warned! I would not give them even one star.

Do not buy from this company online if you are in Australia. Our purchase was seized by customs and we never received it. There is no mention that this can happen on the current website as they make out they are ‘toys’, so if you are in Australia don’t bother purchasing anything from this website

I bought a normal blaster (pistol). First of all it took about 5 weeks to arrive and when it finally did, I got no information about when they had delivered it. Second of all the blaster it self, HORRIBLE it stopped shooting after a day and it’s also just plastic with loose things inside with makes sound every time you move the weapon. it’s not satisfying at all the clicking is way too loud and the slide mechanism is very bad
Now you don’t get ANY response from customer support so DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

The correspondence is appalling to say the least. I placed an order which I fully paid for 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Have emailed but the replies were very generic and never addressing the questions I asked. Absolutely applying. These are aimed at those with ADHD, ASD in a lot of there advertising, they obviously are using this as a selling tool only, they obviously have no clue at all due to the lack of correspondence and the impact this has and could cause to those. Absolutely shocking, appalling and disgusting behaviour from this company. Have taken action in relation to all this as feel that other customers should not have to endure what I have.

Since my post I have had an email back to say it has been dispatched and they had run out of stock. This was never corresponded and has not been updated on the order details so still not sure if this is true, but whatever the outcome the correspondence and updates and the fact that none of my questions were answered is not acceptable. The email I did receive to tell me the above to be honest still never answered my questions or responded to the fact I was going to report this as potential fraud to my bank as well as Trading Standards due to my personal concerns as well as therefore feels very generic and potentially just replying with this information to make me feel better. This is my personal experience but also do not want others to experience the same if that is the case.
