For anyone considering engaging SKS Tech, please be forewarned. From the very beginning, this firm was fraught with miscommunications, poor work performance, lack of understanding of our business and worse. It was all fluff without any substantive understanding of the business. It throws meaningless search words at the wall to see what sticks. It provides less than any real value and was a complete waste of time and money. Further, in my opinion, it’s unquestionably unethical and without integrity.
After giving SKS more than enough time to produce results, I terminated its services (not soon enough). After interviewing at least three additional firms, each identified and documented multiple inadequacies about this firm’s work. We’ve since engaged a firm to replace SKS, and it has proven far more capable and beyond SKS on so many levels.
Please proceed cautiously in any dealings with this firm….the worst of the worst!
