Some colors don't match the photos. The shorts were supposed to be black, but they actually look brown in the costume I got. The red material of the costume looks so washed out and from really cheap material. All in all, the costume doesn't look as shiny and beautiful as in the photos.

Altough i ordered it in XL it does not fit in the slightest.
whenever i buy any t-shirt or anything i always order L or XL. when im unsure i order XL. however altough this one is XL it feels like it is XS becau i cant even put one arm in it and it even does not fit my 15 year old nefew.

I bought a cosplay and I am not happy with the quality of the socks. The crop top was way too short even though it was the right size and they didn't send the wig I bought. Also I didn't get an awnser to my emails yet and on the website they insist that you have to contact them within 2 days of reciving the package, so I was expecting at least some kind of response in that timeframe.

The cosplay was damaged and i paid more to get it earlier but it didnt came earlier

Ich habe ein Cosplay bestehend aus drei Teilen bestellt. Die Schuhe worden mir bereits nach 10 Tagen gesendet. Aber die Perücke und der Body kamen nach über 30 Tagen immer noch nicht an.
Also schrieb ich eine E-Mail an den Kundensupport. Als Antwort erfuhr ich, dass diese zwei Artikel nicht mehr existieren. Punkt 1, warum wurde ich nicht informiert?
Daraufhin forderte ich eine gesamte Rückerstattung, da der Kaufvertrag seitens des Händlers nicht erüllt wurde. Daraufhin versuchte man mir, die Schuhe anzudrehen, 12% des Kaufpresies zu erlassen, oder ich müsste die Versandkosten nach China tragen. Da das meiner Ansicht nach gegen eine Verbraucherschutz-Gesetze sowohl der EU, als auch Deutschland verletzt, habe ich nun die Rückerstattung über Paypal beantragt. Das einzig Positive: Der Support hat zügig geantwortet.

Die Kostüme werden aus China geliefert, was man vorab wissen sollte. Die Lieferung dauert mindestens zwei Wochen, eventuell auch etwas länger. Wir hatten zwei Kostüme bestellt und waren insgesamt positiv überrascht. Eines der Kostüme wies zwar an mehreren Stellen oberflächliche Beschädigungen am Stoff auf, doch dafür wurde uns sofort ein Rabatt angeboten. Der Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten.

Die Größenangaben stimmten ebenfalls, was besonders wichtig ist, da eine Rücksendung aus Deutschland preislich kaum infrage kommt. Insgesamt vergeben wir 4 von 5 Sternen: Zwar gab es kleine Mängel, doch der gute Kundenservice und die sonst ordentliche Qualität haben uns überzeugt.

The quality looks good for me but it doesn’t help if the costume doesn’t fit at all. I used the size chart and measured all body parts exactly. Related to the results I choose the costume size but it was way to big. Unfortunately to the high shipping cost it is very bad to get the wrong size.
I have asked the support for maybe a repayment of shipping costs but didn’t received an answer yet.
