Purchased my ticket only to have them call to increase the amount by additional 375.00! I couldn't accept that price but when I said to cancel it, they wanted ME to pay cancelation charges. This company is completely a scam

Although it was difficult to understand Pedro Garcia at times, he was patient with me so that I could understand what he was telling me.

Had to make two trips to the airport that is 100 miles away as we could not get on flight the first try.The second attempt was successful after much frustration would not use them again.

The staff is good, although they're being manipulated by an agency that, in my opinion, isn't being honest. The offer wasn't fully honored, as we couldn't take the last flight due to the agency's failure to deliver; the departure time for the outbound flight was also changed. These offers are very unreliable, leaving a bad taste, almost like a scam. They promised to issue a refund, which I have not yet received.

Scammer., My name didn’t appear on the flight list and I had to purchase new ticket. I tried to connect with skyday agent and I can see them reading my messages but not responding. Be aware, I would pay extra and get legit service, lesson learned.

We had a funeral to attend California and I found this website because they were giving tickets for low cost. The website looks legitimate but don't fall for it. I booked my flight on November 4 for my flight on November 6th at 7 am. However, I never got my confirmation for my flight. On November 5th, I called them to ask when are the tickets being sent and they said that it will be sent at 1 am, on the same day as my flight at 7 am. I've booked flights before and usually I get my tickets right away from email. I stayed up all night waiting for the tickets to arrive but they never did. I called them at 2 am and they never picked up my call. I kept calling but they didn't pick up. These good reviews are fake. I think the people that work for them make these good reviews to make this company look legit. We checked their phone number area code but its not New Jersey area code since they are saying that their office is in New Jersey. This 833 area code is a toll code that can be from anywhere in the United States or Canada. We have reported this to the police.

Absolute worst experience!
I booked a ticket with them for 507$ they called me saying that that promotion is unavailable and wanted to charge me $900 for the ticket.
At the same time another agent calls and says they would only charge me $99 to guarantee the ticket. I paid., the charge went through on my card. It is then that the stress and nightmare began. They could not provide me with an itinerary confirmation #. They kept saying I will get it in an hour or EOD. Now it's 24 hrs before my flight and I still have no ticket. All fake names! This company is a scam and a disaster to deal with! Just awful!

COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT TRUST! They collect your credit card and personal info in order to reserve your ticket. After entered, the "thank you page" states that you only made a reservation request, your ticket status is incomplete, and you must call their phone number to confirm reservation. When you call, the price of the ticket becomes the same high price as if you book directly with the airline. When you try to cancel the "request" they ask you what price you are willing to pay. At that point, don't pay anything, because you will show up to the airport without any ticket! The phone support will argue with you in circles and doing anything to NOT cancel your request. I recommend also canceling your card and getting a new one, or continuously check for weird charges!
